      I have never rated any business one star on any platform but my experience is so horrendous that I am actually taking time out of my day to go through the trouble to warn others.I leased a Toyota on 7/12 and on that day, I asked if I had to return my Mini ****** to my original dealership but they stated that it is a simple process which involves them doing a payout instead of me. We did wait much longer than I anticipated to sign documents with the finance manager as they told me how they were working on the payout for the Mini ****** on that day which led me to believe they were taking care of that/making sure this was possible before signing the lease.However, on 7/16 I received an email from Mini ****** stating that my lease has ended (7/15) and I did not return the car or submit a payoff. I called Mini ****** to explain what I was told and they shared that they do not accept third party payments and that I am responsible for directly paying them.I called Toyota with this information (after hours of trying to get an hold of the finance team) and was told that it will be taken care of and nothing has to be done on my end. So far, they have promised they will connect with me by a certain timeframe multiple times but has never actually done so. Ive never come across any group of professionals where they all promise to get back to me and it never happens. Truly astonishing.I then got a third credit inquiry on the 18th, 4 business days after the day I signed my lease. I already had two credit inquiries by Toyota on the 12th but was unaware and confused on why there is a third inquiry that would impact my credit. That has so far been left unanswered as well on why they did another credit inquiry when they did two already.The last update I received was everything will be taken care of by the 18th. Now, my calls go unreturned/unanswered and my messages are left read but unanswered. PLEASE save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

      They have worst service staff(I ***'t know his name but he has blond hair)and the service manager what I have ever seen before, my car bought in 01/03, and sales person has purpose to hide the back camera has problem issue, that sale person is Chinese old guy, I trust him that's why I bought the vehicle, later I found out the problem and try to go back, he said is factory issue needs to bring to service department, yesterday I bought back to the service department, they told me they can't do anything, I told the service guy WHY? the vehicle just bought 3 weeks? and later they said they will check it out. After went back home I forgot to tell them there is another issue want them to check out therefore I called them again, the service department said yea they will check out. I went back yesterday afternoon to pick up the vehicle, that guy told me he did nothing, he said no body to said to them, I was very **** off because that guys attitude! Later I told GM about that and he told that service guy changed to his face very nice said yes sir, after that GM left he changed his service attitude again, and GM recommend the service manager able help me, today morning I tried to ask him help, and that guy gave me dame attitude said the same stuff "I can't drive more than 65 mph, and my staff can't also" I told him I want to know why my Camry XSE drive more than 70 miles got problem, and he looks like type recorder repeat to tell me is illegal to drive 65 mph blah blah blah..... I can't even communicate with him therefore I called headquarter to asked for advise, if not I will ask the certain department to help because they are hiding the vehicle problem and still sell vehicle to customer and doesn't want to fix and switch vehicle.

      Also 30 yrs experience of service manager can't answer why my Toyota Camry 2022 XSE can't drive over 70 miles, he has no knowledge and also not willing to find out the problem. I was very surprise!!!!
