      On the 15th June 2023 I purchased two (2) ***2 tickets to the ***************** show in ************** held on the 20th of March 2024. The price of the tickets included our seats and *** exclusive merchandise.Two days before the show I received an email from OMG! *** instructing us when and how to pick up our *** merchandise. The email also asked us to reply to the email stating we have read and understood the instructions, which I did. At the show on March 20th 2024, we were told there were customs issues, and the *** merchandise was stuck at the border. But all we had to do was email our mailing address to OMG! *** and our merchandise would be mailed to us once it cleared customs. After the show I promptly emailed my mailing address to OMG! ***.On March 25th ******************************************************************** transit to their distribution center, but they expect it to ship within 72 hours. Yet the merchandise did not arrive. On April 17th 2024, OMG! *** sent another email stating that the merchandise has now cleared customs, and once it has reached their distribution center it will be shipped as quickly as possible. On May 9th 2024, after still not receiving the merchandise I emailed OMG! ***, and notified them that I still had not received the merchandise, and noted that it had been 50 days since the show and 22 days since they sent their last email stating the merchandise cleared customs. They still have not replied to my email.Two (2) months have now passed since the show, and one (1) month since their last email, and I still have not received the *** merchandise.

      On 8/17/23, I purchased two front row *** tickets to a live showing of This is Important Podcast. The show was on Saturday 9/30/23 at the Palace Theater in downtown ********, ****. The total cost I paid was $522.26 and it included two front row seats, two signed posters of performers, and after show photo with the performers that OMG VIP would be handling. We were told our photos would be uploaded to the company's website within 3 business days. That did not happen. I emailed the company many times, messaged them via their Instagram account and commented on their social media pages but never got a reply. My sister who also attended emailed, as well. No response to her, either. I tried to call their phone number but it said out of service. At this time, I still have not received my and my sister's photos from the company, so the *** package/order I purchased was not fulfilled even though I paid. I would love to receive my photos but if not I'd like a refund, as this has been frustrating to deal with.

      I purchased two merch items from this site. I received only one of the two items and my online order shows both were fulfilled. I reached out to the vendor multiple times with zero response. I would caution anyone purchasing something from this site. They do not seem legitimate.

      I bought a premium ticket to a ************************* concert that included a signed copy of his memoir. They did not have the books at the venue as promised, but said they would contact patrons on the following business day with instructions. They did not reach out. I have emailed them repeatedly and they are no longer responding. I have provided them with address information, but more than a month later has the book has not arrived, and no indication it is underway.

      I have tried to contact OMGVIP so many times in the past. I purchased 2 "******************************** Tickets" on February 3rd, 2020. I paid 216.94 dollars for 2 tickets for the Los Angeles concert that was going to be on 06/12/2020. *********** concerts were not going to work with these vip packages, so I tried to get a refund over a year ago. OMGVIP has given others a refund because of cancelled events. They are committed to providing VIP services to their clients, which I never received. It has been over 2 years since then, and they have never paid me back for this cancelled event. Also, it has been over a year since they last updated us. My confirmation number was *******.

      My husband and I attended the Il Volo performance at Radio City in New York City. We purchased a VIP pass and a meet and greet. We had our photo take with them but our phots never appeared online to be seen. Is there a way to have this solved.

      DATE OF TRANSACTION - May 18th 2022 AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID - 337.87 (299 for the experience and 38 for shipping but they didn't ship anything) WHAT THE BUSINESS COMITTED TO PROVIDE: Intimate Meet & Greet, Professional Picture & Autographed Merchandise ORDER NUMBER 1620 SUMMARY OF THE SITUATION: I traveled from Mexico to attend ********** concert in Las Vegas (may 21st) , having paid 337 US Dollars for an OMGVIP experience or "meet and greet", which included a professional photo with her. I waited for 2 hours with not a single courtesy then made a line to have a picture with her, didn't meet & greeted her, just posed for the picture for 30 seconds and got rushed out of the room. When I finally got the photo it was all out of focus and in no way professional **************************************************************************** I contacted their support team and asked if there was a better photograph. A few hours later they told me they had already obtained a photo with better quality and they sent me the same photo artificially retouched and painted where ******* looks like a wax figure and I am a completely different person with blue eyes, weird teeth, and thin eyebrows. They retouched the original photograph and tried to deceive me by pointing out it was a real photo with better quality. I was really angry for this BIG LIE and deceit attempt. They gave me back 50 dollars (15% from what I paid) claiming I had gotten an autographed poster and tickets for the concert. When I told them I didn't get any of this, they said that the picture value was $50 and the meet and greet was valued for the rest of the payment. But as I previously mentioned I didn't get to meet or share any time with ******* than the time we spent taking the picture (30 seconds). Then they stopped answering back. I don't think they gave a fair solution. Faking *******'s image as well as mine seems to me as a huge deceit and unethical behavior.

      They were selling meet and greets for the cnco tour back in 2021 but got canceled because of COVID even though it is stated by policy that they may refund if a show is cancelled which it was and have failed to give any refund and to respond to emails

      I had purchased VIP meet and greet tickets from the company for a concert I was attending. Because of COVID they cancelled the meet and greet and sent me an email on 09/29/21 saying they would refund me. I have tried to contact them twice and have not received my refund. There is no other contact information on their website either. I emailed the theater I was supposed to attend the concert at to see if they can help.

      I bought a VIP meet and greet package for July of 2020, due to covid the concert/Tour was canceled. This company will not refund me for the amount I've spent. I've emailed for the past year and have resorted to messaging on social média and still nothing. They read my messages and don't respond. I would like my refund back due to this company scamming and taking hundreds.
