Elesier from excess was highly knowledgeable and helpful. The company seems to want to help me catch and fix the hacking issue or piggyback off there net work along with take the time to assist me to update information.Review from Jessaca F

**************** is always polite when i talk to them. Unfortunately i have been waiting 6 months to receive a tablet that i ordered and paid for at the beginning of the year. Every time i talk to customer service they are polite and say they will escalate this issue to the designated team. Nothing has actually been resolved as i still dont have my device. Also they have a hard time finding my order or i dont exist in their system and need to show proof of my purchase every time i talk to customer service. This last time i was deactivated because i haven't been using the service.... that i havent received my device for. **************** representative has fixed this issue and has again escalated this to the designated department.
