I purchased a bobblehead from this company in July of 2023. When I ordered, it was a pre-order that said it would take 10-14 weeks for delivery. However, it is now May of 2024 and I have received nothing. I've tried contacting them many times, and never get a response back. I've noticed on their Facebook site several other people have similar complaints about this company and never receiving what they ordered.Initial Complaint

Order three bobble heads in October 2022 and have not received my items. The company Da bobblehead has gone dark. My emails have gone unanswered the company does not have phone number listed. The company’s website is still active and taking orders. Claims its a charitable organization.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bobblehead on July 19th 2022. I payed for it on the shop pay app. In November I emailed the company stating that I had not received the item and was told that they were behind and that the item would be shipped in a couple of weeks. By March I had still not received the item and sent a email with no response. I sent follow-up emails in May and earlier this July and have not gotten any responses. On their website there is no phone number and the only line of communication is email. I have communicated through personal email and through the shop pay app. I sent a complaint to shop pay stating everything and they say all they can do is relay the message. They say they can not give a refund or do anything about them not sending the bobblehead.Initial Complaint

place an order with DaBobblehead on 1/5/23 for a Kool-Aid McKinstry bobble head and a Will Anderson bobble head. Each bobble head was $34.95 plus $12.42 shipping for a total of $82.32. I received confirmation of my order #1661 and it stated I should receive my items in 10-14 weeks. It is now 19 weeks later and I haven't received my items and I have emailed them multiple times asking for an update and I have never received a response from them. I would like a full refund on my order.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Braelon Allen Badgers bobblehead on November 21st, 2022 and in the email confirmation it said the bobblehead will be shipped in 10-14 weeks. It’s been much longer than 14 weeks and when pre orders are behind schedule usually some sort of communication is sent out. I have yet to receive any sort of communication since the confirmation email and have tried to reach out to the company 3 times via email and once on Facebook with no response. I am part of a local bobblehead Facebook page and asked the group if anyone else purchased a bobblehead from this company and several said they experienced the same issue. If I was the only one experiencing this issue then I wouldn’t think anything of it but since several people are in the same boat I think action needs to be done. If the company reaches out and gives an explanation and a timetable I will be content. It’s the lack of communication that's concerning me. I just want the bobblehead but if they can’t deliver it I want a refund.
