I ordered two vinyls. One is easily found on other websites. The other is years out of production, but can be found here and there for premium prices. I found it listed on Sentinel Vinyl for a low price, and it indicated it would be shipped in about a month. Two months later, nothing shipped. I emailed to get an update and was told they were waiting for the harder to find vinyl to be in stock. I was told the "good news" was that the record labels are starting to catch up on their production backlog. When I asked how this applied to a vinyl that was out of production. I received no response. After a week, I requested my order be cancelled with a full refund. Within two minutes, I received a response offering a "special" refund for 115% in the form of a store credit. I said no, and demand a full refund to my original form of payment. I received no further communication and ended up doing a chargeback on my credit card. My bank didn't even give the typical "we'll look into it" response, and my dispute immediately came back as resolved. Clearly, the banks are familiar with Sentinel Vinyl's practices.Review from Clint C

Ordered records almost a year ago. Hunt received them. Tried to refund my money but blamed on Pay Pals 6 month policy. Absolutely horrible Scam!!Review from K. R

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 records on 8/10/24. None of them were out of stock/on back order/pre-ordered. I received 1 on 8/20/24. I emailed them on 8/30/24 & asked when I could expect the other 2. They replied that they are a small company & would mail them within the next couple of weeks. They lied! I received them 10/15/24.I will not order from them again. I guess I can consider myself lucky. I've read some reviews where people didn't receive their records at all and are still waiting. I ordered 5 LPs in November of 2023. They only shipped 1. After repeated attempts to contact them without reply, I finally contacted my bank to issue a dispute charge in March of 2024. Only after issuing this claim with my bank did they finally ship 3 of the 4 remaining LPs on my order. They sent proof of shipment to my bank which caused my bank to close the case. It is now October 2024, 11 months after I placed the order and I still never recieved the final LP or a refund from Sentinel or my bank and never will despite repeated attempts. I have never dealt with such an awful company in my entire life.Review from Douglas M

I ordered two vinyl records from sentinel vinyl in February 2023 and they never arrived and a refund was never issued as of August 2024. They ignored my request for a refund back in July 2023 and told me my records will arrive in one to two months. They never did.Review from Chance E

Has taken over 6 months to fully fill and ship orders placed. I waited 4 to 5 months eventually got most items but 1 is still not shipped (SVO54705). Wrong 1 was sent, I contacted them, photo was requested of it which I sent and since June 22 no answer except for automatic emails. No info on how to return the wrong item, finally shipping the right item or give a refund. Orders originally placed on January 17. As of July still waiting to be done with this order. Such business practices which is the norm as evidenced by previous complaints requires an assertive response by the state of California.Review from Bailey C

Thieves. Placed an order for a box set that came out to over $100 in April of LAST YEAR, the tried to assure me once in an email that it would be coming but ignored my follow-up messages after giving them plenty of time to respond. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT. SHUT DOWN THEIR WEBSITE!Review from Oscar L

Garbage..don't waste your time. Placed an order, after not hearing from them. Canceled my order, was told my order was successfully canceled.. never received my refund. Disputed the charge. Sentinel vinyl said they delivered the vinyl's never provided a tracking number or a date.. They don't have a number or they don't return emails.
