If I could give less than one star, I would..While operating a 24/7 business, this casino fails to facilitate the needs of 24/7 service. Arrived at 2AM, inquired about food options.What?!? There are NONE...as in ZERO, until 11AM!. That is, unless a ************ donut is your idea of a hearty meal. The word disappointment doesn't even scratch the surface. Next, the so called High Limit room.Perhaps this room should be labeled the Restricted High Limit room...Never, and I do mean NEVER, have I seen a Max *** of 27 dollars hit, not a BIG win, not a HUGE win but a JACKPOT win...which by, on the two occasions and many hundreds of dollars spent to achieve this, amounted to less than a hand pay that much smaller and less financially resourceful casinos always honor. However, there is no honor among thieves. If there exist a commission that regulates this business, it demands an investigation. I say minus 5 stars.Waste neither, your time or heard money here worst casino EVER. I will not be returning, and neither will the greatest number of people I can possibly inform. Pitiful examples of service, fairness, enjoyment and customer satisfaction. Stay away! Establishments such as this, have no place in **********.Review from Darryl C.

I had plans to celebrate the retirement of a 20 yr combat vet at Hard Rock Casino of Sacramento at Fire mountain. What ever!We arrived at this Casio and was looking to park we noticed all of these orange barriers inline as to control traffic although one had been what we thought kicked across a couple parking spots and not uniformed with the other existing barriers, so we corrected it and parked next to it, needless to say about 2 hrs and -$600 later we were approached by security and told We have you on video moving a barrier in the parking lot and we want you and youre ***** to leave now, that comes from the boss himself. Very unprofessional and quite overboard as we thought we were helping them by placing the unit inline with the rest of the barriers. With no concerns or any regards to what we had to say they booted us out! Just want to say THANK YOU! For a very unpleasant experience and believe this it will never happen again nor will we ever recommend your place of business for consumers to visit.
