I moved into cedar hills manor in February of 2023 and since then Ive had issues with my heater/ air conditioning there is also a leak in the roof which has caused there to be mold in the closet of my kids room. There is a really bad problem with c*** roaches and I am concern about health hazards due to the problem here at these apartments.Business response

To whom it may concern,
This is a correspondence to the letter received we are responding with proof that we have been taking action regarding these complaints per tenant *************************** we have provided photos along with work orders the tenant has personally signed that we have taken care of her mildew, sheetrock, heater, and roaches issues we have also provided pest control logs showing the dates we have fumigated her apartment also we have her scheduled for a spray this coming Thursday the 14th.
