I've ordered 2 leather jackets from this company. Noticed when they arrived they didn't have a trademark on them so I reached out to the company via e mail, and phone call. Received an email from the business offering to refund me half of my money and keep the products. Was also told this over the phone as well by a woman name ***** who is the sole proprietor/ owner of the business. Was told my refund would process in 2 days and it never did Called back to the business and was told by the same woman that she'll get back to me in 24 hours because she needs to get in touch with the bank about my refund. 2 more days go pass and now no one from the business will answer/accept any phone calls, they've stop responding to my e mails, and they also have an instant message option on their site to speak with someone and they've stop responding to the instant messages. It has now been over a month and I did not receive my refund for the products and I'd like my money refunded to me as promised through the phone call and e mail that I still have that they've sent me
