I had originally enlisted SunRun through ****** to have a solar system installed on our house trusting their association with ******* I was assured by the sunrun sales representative that they would work with our HOA to get our installation approved and permitted . Long story short their engineering department would not revised their plan to address the HOAs requirements and we were strung along for the longest time to the point where our low interest rate on the project expired because they didnt deliver on the requirements quick enough. ****** is a great company but we found that working with a broker provided a better experience.We enlisted ***** of My Solar Solutions to help us navigate the solar process with our HOA and finding a company that could meet the requirements of our HOA. *****, with MSS came highly recommended through my friends and others with the same HOA.I learned that picking a large company like sunrun with great reviews and trying to work directly with the installer myself was not enough to get this job done and I was better served by having a broker at My Solar Solutions help me secure a better rate, and experience when it came to getting solar on my roof. They worked with the installer and my HOA so I could get this system in time.I recommend a homeowner looking to install solar chooses to work with a broker at My Solar Solutions where they have a strong relationship with the top installers nationwide to provide great experience and value

Our solar installation was seamless from our first call with a sales rep to power on. What distinguishes My Solar Solutions (******* its customer service. In torrential rains on New Year's Day (a Sunday this year), we noticed a leak in ********** near where the electrical panels for the solar installation were. I texted my MSS team and, within an hour, had a text back that a technician would be at my house first thing in the morning the following day (which was a holiday). Unbelievable service! The technician came as promised, and the leak ended up having nothing to do with the solar installation -- it was a DWP problem. But nevertheless, MSS was on it right away. I've heard lots of negative reviews from neighbors who have used other companies and had problems. I have nothing but praise for MSS - excellent service, excellent team, and extremely responsive.
