We were taken for granted and scammed. We started our process in July of 2023 and at that time a Power Of Attorney had to be signed in order for them to work on our file. After paying our service agreement fees Federal Tax Law Group came back with No Resolution. Come to find out ******** of Attorney was ever submitted to the *** as I found this out by contacting another *********************** In August of 2024 I received a notification from Federal Tax Group asking me to sign the power of attorney of which I had already did the start of our contract. In July 2023. They even charged me an additional ****** when they supposedly settled our case. We paid ***** for nothing.

I just can't say enough good about Federal Tax Group. Everyone was so friendly and really knew their job. ***** was especially good at keeping me in the know on what was happening, what was needed from me, and what was coming next.And Pearl. ***. If you are lucky enough to get Pearl to do your taxes, she is absolutely wonderful. She is easy to talk to and very understanding and nonjudgmental. She wasn't busy with other things when we talked. She truly listened to me and made me feel like I was the only person in the world. I had her full attention. She eased my concerns and let me know that she and her team would take real good care of me. She knows every trick in the book I think. I don't know where she keeps all that knowledge, but because of it, I wound up owing way less than I thought I would. She even got me a refund for 1 of the years. I've never had a refund before.Once Pearl had everything, she sent me a message letting me know she was starting my returns and the next thing I knew, ***** was calling to make sure I received the email to sign everything and even walked me through it so I didn't mess it up. Those 2 must sit next to each other or something. They make a great ******* took the *** forever to get my stuff through the system, but ***** kept things moving on this side making sure everything was in place for the attorney so she could act quick and got me on a payment plan I could actually afford.I could have never done this on my own. I would probably be in tax jail or something if it wasn't for Federal Tax Group. I had a dream team that took real good care of me and I will most definitely be back next year and every year after.I can't thank you guys enough. You have really changed my life.

He took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to ****** and the team, I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Highly recommend their services to anyone needing tax relief assistance!

I started working with ******** *****-*****. She had been so helpful to work with. Others would not respond to my emails but ******** would. She always answered my questions and if she didn't know, she would look into it and get back to me in a timely manner

Lie lie lie. Has took two years and still no resolution. 30 min call with *** settled. $6000 for nothing but lies

Im giving five stars because Mrs. ***** ***** and Miss ****** they have been absolutely awesome. **** ***** goes above and beyond to answer calls to respond to my calls to talk me through everything. They put a busy day to help me make calls that are important I didnt make a bad decision choosing this company. I appreciate the whole team and their patience.
