I ordered a pair of glasses frames on the 23 September 2022. I received an automated confirmation email(attached) immediately. Since then, ive heard nothing. *** visited the website and in my account it states "awaiting fulfilment". I have tried contactiing them multiple times to no response. I have recently found complaints on their ******** page from customers in similar situations. The most recent complaining customer said the only way it was resolved was by contacting you(BBB) and then they received the 2 glasses frames they were expecting after 3 weeks -one of which was broken.I am ordering from outside of the US. The postage cost was a considerable addition to the frame price. The total came to $153. I do not want to receive my item only to find its broken. According to the order status it hasn't even been followed up let alone shipped, so i would appreciate a full refund.Whether its applicable or not but i also heard that the owner(***********************) is now more concerned with presenting herself as "luxury real estate" mogul via instagram. So now i am very concerned that Geek Eyewear is inactive yet theyre still accepting payments and only sending out leftover damaged stock when pushed to complete an order.Thank you for any help This is a lot of money for me to lose.
