I was double charged for my purchase. I didn't realize this until I was home and saw a that I had two charges on my credit card for $461.81. I went into the store the next day and the clerk said he didn't know how to refund me, but he would contact the manager. The woman (****) who originally did the sale called me to say that she couldn't refund me either, but she would contact the main office in *****. That was a week ago and I still have not heard from the main office and my purchase still has not been refunded. What is even more alarming is that I shopped at a different Zadig in ********** two years ago and I was double charged there as well. For the record this is the only other time I can recall getting double charged for anything. So, something seems very suspicious. It feels like this is an intentional "*****" in their system and they rely on people either not noticing or not insisting on a refund. I think customers need to be warned about their shady business practices, and I would like them to return the money they took from me.
