Mrs. ********************** and myself agreed to have to prepare my 2022 taxes for me back in May of 2023. Mrs. ********************** failed multiple times to communicate with me about my return when I sent her all the information required to complete the return. As you will read in the email thread, my patience ran out and given the time it took Mrs. ********************** to respond. This led me to believe she took my objections to her lack of communication personally. Therefore I ask the BBB to investigate her practices to avoid this happening to another customer.Initial Complaint

On 9/7/2023 I came home from work about 4 pm to find my fence detached and this hole and muddy mess in my backyard. No notification was given, and my dogs were outside. Thankfully they didnt run away or attack due to the trespassing. None of the workers spoke english nor could explain what was happening. Finally they contacted the boss who showed up. ****... He said he needed me to file a claim with his insurance to get my sod fixed. However, this does not seem right to me. Also, i am concerned for other neighbors with dogs and children. I also lost out on a day of work plus two additional hours because they hit a line and i lost internet. They need to notify properly and handle this better. I would like my fence repaired (they damaged and cracked my fencing, in addition to new sod put in for all the grass they ruined. I am in the process of waiting for my appointment with my sprinkler people to see if any damage was done to my system. As well as any other valuation from handy man I hired as I am not a professional on all things damaged.Initial Complaint

Cobro excesivos * 05/2021. ****dlls * 05/2022. 240 Dlls * 05/08/2023 ****** Dlls * 05/24/2023 ***** Dlls * 05/24/2023. ****** Dlls Enmienda * federal 2018,2019,2020 *************************** cuando tengo la carta donde **** **** que si necesita meter ms ****** me iba a preguntar y nunca lo hizo y yo era la persona que se comunico con federal y estado *** mis taxes **** me cobr inicialmente **** *** 16 horas de trabajo fueron **** Dlls *** cobro *** pagar con tarjeta.Despus **** Dlls *** 9 horas de trabajo a 125 dls la hora que lo pague en partes ms el 3% del fee *** pagar con la tarjeta. Ya me llego la resolucin de mis taxes del 2018 en Mayo del 2023 y ahora quiere otros ****dlls ms *** 8 hrs de trabajo la hora a 175 *** hora de trabajo. **** me ***** un mensaje que me iba a mandar el ltimo cobro *** horas ms *********** Y le dije cuales horas si nomas estbamos esperando la resolucin tengo prueba de que nunca **** ***** enmienda al estado yo tuve que mandar mis papeles de resolucin de los taxes del federal ***************** ********,Me gustara que me deje de cobrar un dinero que **** ya no trabajo solo espero igual que yo. Y si me puede devolver parte del dinero del segundo cobro yo **** que estar hablando al federal para ver cmo iba mi caso.Business response

Este cas* fue de res*luci*n de una deuda grandisima del IRS, y* n* le c*bre p*r una enmienda *** cantidad. Y* le c*bre p*r mi c*n*cimient* de c*m* manejar el cas* y al examinar sus d*cument*s c*m* hacerl*. Si su c*br* se le hace excesiv* si quiere mej*r paguele al IRS *** deuda que le estan c*brand*. El IRS estuv* atrasad* y en es*s 3 ani*s casi que se dem*r* usted me enviaba text*s a t*das h*ras de la n*che, maniana y dia. A ciert* punt* y* le deje de c*brar p*rque tenia un c*br* pendiente p*r casi *** de d*s ani*s y c*m* me dij* que estaba limitad*, etc. Y* deje de enviarle c*br*s. Y* acudi a su cas* * preguntas a t*d* m*ment* y se hicier*n llamadas etc para res*vler la deuda, y* le dije que si se pasaba de cierta cantidad p*r la res*luci*n le avisaria primer*, per* mi tiemp* n* es c*m* que usted n* tiene t*d* el rec*rd de mensajes y emails que enviabam*s para c*munciarn*s usted y y*. Ade*** usted cuand* llama al IRS cuant* espera? Cuant* piensa que esper* y*? La misma cantidad de tiemp*. Usted n* tuv* que hacer nada *** que enviar d*cument*s al estad* p*rque ya l* de*** estaba resuelt*. Y* ya hable al ****** y es* n* sera suficiente si me hubiera dejad* hacerl* ya supiera es*. Asi que si quiere n* me pague y paguele al ****** tambien las cantidades que le estan c*brand*. Me frustra que la gente cuand* esta c*n la deuda encima n* saben si van a salir de ella * n* y hasta el sueni* les quita. Per* ah*ra que ya esta resuelta despues de 3 ani*s le parece que mi trabaj* n* fue ******* c*m* si alguien *** se l* hubiese pudid* res*lver, n* pud* p*rque usted lleg* a mi de referencia.

Que buen* que se le res*lvi* su deuda del federal y ya puede estar tranquil* de que l* desp*jen de sus c*sas.
