After my yearly physical exam, it took over 1 and 1/2 week for them to call me back with my lab results AFTER I had tried calling them for DAYS after the lab had sent ME the results. In the past, it usually took them less than 2 working days to call me back with results. When the ************ FINALLY called me back, the person said they hadn't received the results yet, then the Dr. would still have to review them before they would call me with results. THAT WAS A LIE because within the same hour, someone else from the ****** called back with results. SO, they DID HAVE THEM AFTER ALL. I had questions about the results and had to call them back several times only to either be on hold for longer than my lunch hour allowed for, or call them after my work day, which is when they ARE CLOSED. I kept leaving messages with their answering service only to be EVENTUALLY called back without the person leaving any message answering my questions each and every time they called. After I finally found out what I needed to know from someone else, after the fact, the ****** person called me back several more times with NO information when I DIDN'T need anything else from them anyway. THEN I received a message yesterday (5/31/23) about SOMETHING ELSE where they asked me to call them back. I returned their call during my lunch hour only to be on hold AGAIN for longer than I was allowed to wait. I called AGAIN after I got home from work and the answering service told me they can't take messages and I have to call during their business hours. I'VE TRIED THAT and it's not possible because they are closed when I'm able to call them, or I'm on hold indefinitely when they're open. So what good is having an answering service who won't take messages, and if the ESTABLISHMENT wants me to call them back, why don't they give me a way to get ahold of them? THEY'RE WASTING MY TIME AND THERE'S. I'll have to find a different provider now after I've been going there for over 34 years. The company that took over operations of my Dr's ****** only sees patients a a "PAYCHECK", and not an actual person who may actually have a life and a job. They have had MANY other stupid mistakes at this ****** lately than what I just mentioned, but that's a whole other story I won't get into now. Sincerely, **************
