Have had a cal spa for a year and it is going out completely, I have had them out to fix 3 huge things in 12 months, i wasted $12,000 on a lemon I want a replacement new spa that will work.Business response

The Spa has a 5 year warranty on parts and labor for most major components - We have only been out twice so far - once for a Bluetooth stereo issue where no parts were replaced and once for a circuit board that went out - We have been responsive and will honor the warranty - these issues do not warrant a replacement spa - the current issue could anything from user error to a bad component.
