I received a letter from national medical administrators that I owed ****** to ******************* SA - Wonder leaf. I did start to order the free sample with the cost of shipping for 8 dollars but upon entering my information and credit card a window popped up and stated all out of free samples. I then exited out of the page. I did not complete order. I received a notification from my bank about a possible fraud charge of ****** and told them I did not purchase anything in that amount. A hold was placed on my account. I also stated I should not have been charged the 8 dollars as I exited the page and did not proceed with the order. That is being investigated as I was charged the 8dollars. I received a few text messages from Interbrand each time stating I did not order anything from them and to remove me from their phone list. I have sent an email to national medical administrators disputing the amount and stating the above. The account number is *******. I want this debt cancelled and no further collection communications.Thank you.Business response

Unfortunately this consumer appears to he a victim of the same company as the previous complaint. Our company is WinderLeaf and we are a licensed cannabis manufacturer. Licensed in the State if ******** to manufacture cannabis products, we do not sell to consumers, and can never sell via the mail as cannabis products mat not be sent over state lines. We are sorry that a company with a similar name is creating problems for consumers but it is not **. Since we cannot trademark nationally our trademark is only valid in ******** so other companies in other states can use the same name. I would suggest the consumer contact the state BBB or agency in the state where this company is licensed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.the complaint should be sent to national medical administrators as they are the collection agency for ******************* Sa
