      Do not recommend they are the worst Attorneys everything in the reviews are how my case went they take cases to take them and for the money make sure you read the fine print they have you talk to secretary's who aren't even paralegals they don't let you call the Attorney they have to set up conference calls they have you send them paperwork instead of them contacting Dr offices they are the worst don't believe the commercials you see stay clear of them

      Bad experience and would not recommend. If your case isn't an easy open/close settlement, they won't even bother talking with you past the "first" of like ten screening calls (none of which are conducted by actual attorneys). Their expense ratios were high if they do decide to represent you, so you're probably better off just settling with the insurance adjuster anyways for an easy case. If your case needs to go to court, they'll probably drop you and send a "rescind" letter to your email with no notice, saying they are "no longer representing you". Felt like a complete scam dealing with them and would not recommend.

      I have had a horrible experience with *******************. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been going through h*** with them for over 4 years, and my former attorney ******************* falsified settlement offer. I wish I had changed law firms at the beginning of my case, but it was too late. Thus place has cause alot of stress in my life.

      This client's case took a long time to resolve since it went through a lawsuit and successful efforts to collect on a judgment in excess of the insurance coverage. We realize that the legal process was stressful. We did not falsify any settlement offers.

      I am sorry I believed the ads and ever signed up with this firm and I don't know how to get out of it. A driver ran a red light and I was t-boned, vehicle a total loss. I was assured during the intake interview that they would help me with my property losses, so I signed with them. After signing, I was told by the contact person that they would NOT help me with property loss damages ($15K so far without any fees that would be charged by the firm if I escape) and was told "that was the risk one takes when driving" according to ******** law. Typical bait-and-switch and I have been scammed. I have been told to navigate the insurance of the party at fault with no help from *************. During the last conversation with the contact person assigned to me, the representative made incorrect assumptions and inferences while not listening to me. Very untrustworthy, please don't make the mistake I'm in the middle of.

      Been in a accident in 2021,since then I only spoke to the actual associate attorney a couple of times in a 1 year time frame, rest of the time talk to the paralegal or assistant, I had terminated the service from them and had requested all my files so I can hire another firm ,after 3 requests and 2 weeks gone by, I only received a bill that was not itemized along with other paperwork but not the medical files I needed, I am very disappointed of how the firm is not providing any copies of my medical files in a timely fashion as compared to other firms which I had asked they would have provided within a day of requested.

      This is the worst attorney you could possibly hire. They only agree to the cases they can bank on. Horrible service 100% You'd be better off hiring your dog to represent you. What a huge waste of time.

      Ive had a ongoing case since 2016 and still not a word from them! Never return phone calls, if you do happen to get someone to answer a call they always tell you theyve settled your case and you get a check in 2 weeks!! Well that two weeks has been almost 6 yrs. I do not recommend these clowns!!

      I had insurance I also had insurance for uncovered motorist. Which would have covered me up to $25,000 I was injured in the accident my car was totaled after calling ******************* and going through a whole bunch of ********. They were able to get me the $25,000 I was owed by my insurance and that was all they got me. Worked with the gentleman named *****, very impersonable and had no desire to even try to get me any more than what I was deserved I would not use ******************* again!! ??????

      As this consumer states, the $25,000 we obtained for her was the maximum amount of insurance benefits that she could obtain from her insurance company for her accident. We did explore obtaining another form of benefits from her insurance company but we determined the other coverage had properly been rejected. The insurance company promptly agreed to pay the full amount of the coverage that did apply, so we had no other remedy we could pursue for her.

      I had an accident in where I was hit by a car when I was returning to my home with a cart of groceries. That was March 31st. I was just told today via the medical insurance people that Franklin uses that they are no longer representing me. I'm still having issues with a concussion and other things, and I am needing to now find a different lawyer. With the amount of issues that I myself have been having with them, I really should have done more research than believing in the advertisements that I've been seeing since I was little.

      The decision to withdraw from representing this client was based just on the fact that there is no available auto insurance coverage to provide any compensation for the injuries and losses.
