Total rip-off. Traveling through the area, we had a tire blowout. Went to Big O Tire in Frisco, Co. they were rude. Told us it was all or none. That we have to replace all four tires even though the rear two tires are brand new. He said “I don’t care what you do with the new tires you now have. You can sell them, throw them out, or take them home.” We had the car taken to the ****** dealer where they replaced two tires. I hope this is not the way the corporation operates and the Frisco branch is an anomaly.

Due to the type of vehicle (AWD), it is necessary to keep all the tires the same. Unfortunately we did not have in stock the specific tires on Mr. S********'s vehicle. We could order them in and replace the tire(s) the next day, but we did not have it in stock at the time of his visit. Our only other option at that time was to replace all four tires. We would not sell Mr. S******** less than four matching tires as having non-matching tires on an AWD vehicle would have caused him drive train issues. Manufacturers recommend that AWD vehicles have the same tires on all four. It would have been a disservice to sell him one or two tires that were different than what he currently had. I would expect that ****** had his exact tires in stock and therefore were able to help him same day by replacing only two tires. I apologize that we were not able to effectively communicate this with him while he was in our store, as I would expect he would understand the importance of having matching tires on his AWD ******.
