Pro Landscape Concepts did a patio paver project for me. There numerous problems with the quality of work performed I reached out to the owner, ***************************** via text on 7/13/22 about white spots on many of the bricks. ****** attempted to apply a sealer to correct the discoloration but white hazy streaks now appeared on the brick with the product lying on top. He discussed applying the sealer again at a later date. I then contacted ****** via text on 2/7/23 to let him know that much of the sand he used in between the bricks had eroded away. ****** did come back to refill the cracks. This created yet a new problem, as that material was left to sit on top of the brick and became imbedded across the entire face of the brick discoloring the brick further. ****** did come back to try to remove the sand but much of it remained. I did text ****** and let him know much of the sand remained imbedded in the brick on 3/23/23 but he did not respond. Much of the brick at this point was slopping toward the house, there was an area where water ponded and cracks were developing again in between the bricks. ****** came out and we had a conversation about what needed to be done to correct the proble. : ****** had his worker **** come out to 8/16/23. **** started the work of pulling up pavers to level them away from the house. However, **** stopped working on 8/22/23 to do a different job. There was some unevenness in how the bricks were laid down that needed to be fixed, and the bricks still needed to be cleaned and cracks filled with sand. ****** texted on 8/22/23 that We will take the necessary steps. Ill be in touch. I did not hear anything from ******, so I texted asking when hed be back to finish the work. On 9/6/23, ****** texted saying, I will have **** over in a couple of days. I texted ****** 9/12/23, 9/19/23, and 9/26/23 about when he would start work again. He never did.Business response
