Internal theft - employees using customer points. Discovered this when I came in to redeem. Manager on duty was vulgar and aggressive. I want my information deleted from your system and written confirmation. Your staff is aggressive and feel I am at risk with my personal information in your database. Will contact police if further instances occur of employees taking advantage of customer personal information. Absolutely disgusting.Business response

To Whom It May ************** This information is intended as a formal response to complaint ID ********. According to the information provided in this complaint, ********************* contacted the Better Business Bureau on January 23, 2023 regarding a concern with his personal information being stored within Terrapin systems. **** simultaneously reached out to Terrapin ************* on January 23, 2023, therefore offering no opportunity for us to rectify his concern before the BBB complaint was filed. Upon receiving ****** email at 9:48 MST, Terrapin promptly responded to this concern by 16:15 MST, 01/23/2023. Terrapin advised **** that we had honored his request, successfully deactivated all accounts, and deleted his personal information from within our systems. Per the *****************, there are certain compliance regulations that must be manifested, which we informed **** of.

Was overcharged and has money takin out of my account and my bank charged me an overdraft fee for the money they accidentally took ***** and asked me to come get it wouldn't refund meBusiness response

Hello,
On July 6th customer ******************* came into the retail location and was overcharged due to a staff error. When we were informed of the issue, we immediately let **** know we were happy to refund the $30 and explore additional remediation due to an overdraft fee that resulted from our error, though **** let our staff know that his bank would handle issues associated with the overdraft fee. **** came to receive his refund at an agreed upon time, but on speaking with staff became increasingly aggressive. Despite attempts to de-escalate, **** threatened violence towards our receptionist putting our staff and customer safety in question. At this point a manager came to the lobby, providing **** the $30 he was owed. **** took the funds, and left the retail location without further discussion. The claim that we did not provide a refund is untrue.
As a licensed dispensary, Terrapin retains footage from retail operations, and can provide video confirmation of the events if necessary. Please let us know any further steps that should be taken regarding this complaint.
