Zertuches Painting agreed to and was paid for painting work as a subcontractor at a commercial new construction jobsite called Westerly. the address is ********************************* ******** They partially completed the work and have not come back to finish. Also some of the work is poorly done, runs, drips, paint on tile, etc. being the owners complaints. They have been asked repeatedly and given the items to correct/clean in writing multiple times beginning Aug 23, 2024. The attached list is only partial, and comes from the owners.They need to complete the work or we will supplement them to complete the work at their cost.Business response

Michael Gallegos he said I was paid but that isn't necessarily true I did multiple extras at the job site amongst repairs I wasn't paid in full for an then he he brought some other painters in to a job that was contracted already by me so I took it as he wasn't going to pay for the work done or the punch plus the GC was weeks behind scheduled he wanted me to to work for free I could not do that as I had already done work for over 3 weeks without pay I would have never had a problem with doing punch work if it was finished in a timely matter an there wasn't another painting company on the job site
