Worst credit union there is. Charged me $5 a month "dormant account fees" on a SAVINGS account just so they could drain it! What a bunch of crooks!

I had way to many problems with this place.First they offered an auto loan that did help me get a vehicle after some unfortunate events in my life that limited my ability to get a vehicle, but that loan during COVID layoffs and cut hours wouldnt allow for any type of any kind of relief or help. I had worked out a payment plan to keep the vehicle in my possession without getting tow fees but they towed it anyways costing me time and money to obtain it back. Communication with them is beyond poor, I couldnt get call backs or confirmation when needed and they didnt even let me know when my vehicle was ready I had to have the recovery lot call me to collect my vehicle.Premier Members Credit Union Response
