I'm concerned that ***** has some people working for him that have no idea what they are doing. They completely botched my insurance and it's costing me $1500. They won't help me they just keep telling me to call Safeco and then Safeco transfers me to them. It's a total mess.Business response

Your statements are completely false and misleading. ******* is a valued and trusted member of my team. She did nothing but to botch your insurance. You are blaming her for an issue with your lender and escrow account. She did not cost you $1500. This is defamatory. If you do not revise or remove this post I will take legal action.

The broker did not tell me my insurance rate increased due to an error by safeco.
I want a refund of the discrepancy of insurance rate I was given no notice of.
The broker also talked down to me and forced me to research the problem myself.
I lost thousands of dollars of billable hours that he will never be able to repay. I want an acknowledgement they screwed this us so many they won't s**** other people in the future.

I apologize that you have lost time in dealing with this insurance. While I dont feel it is Aspen Gold's obligation to pay your increased insurance premiums due to lapse in payment by lender. I will concede that should have notified you of any potential increases prior to reinstating your lapsed policy. In fairness to *******, she was simply honoring your request to reinstate the policy when you reached out to us. Yes, some carriers in ******** (like Safeco) charge more for insurance once a lapse is shown. Again, the lapse in your insurance payment had nothing to do with Aspen Gold, but I will concede that you should have been notified of a potential price increase if reinstating.
Here is my offer/concession: We will pay you the difference from the old policy premium and the newly reinstated policy premium if youre willing to remove your negative ****** and BBB reviews and move your insurance to another agency right away. We will continue to service your policy professionally and promptly until the point you have ample time to transfer your insurance.Let me know your thoughts,
