The Links, owned by ********, has violated my tenant rights under C.R.S. ********* where a landlord has to notify a tenant within 60 days of rent being raised and they raised my rent twice within the last 12-month calendar year. I had an extremely negative interaction with the lease agent, *************************, of having prejudiced against him and after only requesting something well within his scope of job requirements this being a copy of my tenant ledger, which is not available online in my tenant portal. He was unwilling to print this for me. He finally did print the information after lying and saying they didnt have paper, then he proceeded to throw the documents at me after finally printing it.
