I purchased their stethoscope and bluetooth adapter in April of 2022. The product did not function as advertised and was either defective or a complete failure. I did discuss this with the company who provided very poor assistance with the issue and did not attempt to solve the issue. As a result, I was forced to return the defective products. I received a partial refund as I was charged a restocking fee and forced to pay a return shipping fee for the clearly defective product. I would like to receive the restocking fee as the product was received defective and unusable and to be charge for their poor failure to provide a quality and functional product is absurd.Business response

The unit was evaluated on return and was in full working order.
The customer returned the stethoscope.
********************** refunded his money with a $35 restocking fee.
THIS IS CLEARLY STATED ON OUR WEBSITE. Thinklabs charges for replacement of earbuds, evaluation of the unit, and cleaning. This is an item used in medically treatment ***************************** $35 restocking fee has been refunded since too.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, though I disagree that the stethoscope is considered functional. I did as of today receive the full refund following the complaint with BBB. I am satisfied with receiving my full refund now. I have no further issues.
