      I ordered from their website total of $203.87 paid through PayPal. the order #**** was placed on November 17th 2022. the order shows on hold still, they do not answer emails, or their phone. they do not return messages, the online chat if someone answers when you ask about the status of your order they do not reply! copy of last try to talk to them today.hello Ts_king can you tell me why my order #**** is on hold? its been over a month hello?this is no way to do business if you don't have the order then kindly refund my money otherwise I will start the process of reporting you for fraud. I am getting tired of you all not answering calls, emails or messages I am filing with the BBB

      i found a hard to find firearm on their web site for sale at a normal price. they would not accept credit cards for some reason. i agreed to it and made the purchase. after the sale they contacted me a day later telling me i need to pay more money for FFL fee and insurance but the insurance will be refunded to me after i receive the product.i have a permit and the pistol was getting shipped to a licensed gun shop of my choice everything seemed legit except for the added fees after the sale. i asked them for a refund they insisted that i just pay the extra $200 it will be easier than giving a refund. again i asked for a refund and stated that you should of charged me the total in the beginning not hide the additional charges. first the price was average second there is no FFL charge from the out going dealer and third insurance doesnt get refunded if it makes it safely to it's destination. after further online investigations i see now what a scam this place is. not even sure if it even has a physical address(even though it says it does). im pretty positive that i am not getting my $437.00 back but thats the price of tuition when you let your guard down. lets just try to stop them from robbing the next victim. and by the way it seems like they ghosted me. they won't return my emails or phone calls. when i chat on the site they are there but as soon as i ask about my refund the chat goes silent.

      Firearm Shop USA sold me an order of reloading supplies on October 27, 2022. I called them after visiting their website ******************** and confirmed inventory before ordering. Once I ordered I received an email asking me to pay a PayPal address, which I attempted. I emailed them and told them that it did not process through, and they told me that their account had an issue and asked me to send to a different PayPal address. I confirmed receipt of payment via a phone call to their customer service person, who said his name was ******. I asked him to provide a tracking number, which he committed to do. After a few days had passed, I called their phone number, and spoke to ****** again. I left a phone message that I wanted to place another order, and he called me back right away.I asked about the status of my order ****. He said he saw it, but it was on hold in their system. Their website advertised that there was no fee charged. ****** told me he would have my order released immediately. I never got a confirmation of shipment or tracking information. A few more days passed, and I attempted to contact their phone number. I received a message that the phone was disconnected. I got a bounceback on the email to ******************** but was able to send an email to ********************** I asked them to refund my order if they did not have inventory or had shipped my order. I will attempt to send you a PDF of emails sent between us. I have them available to forward to you to assist in your investigation. I also have email confirmation of the payment made. Internet fraud behavior seems to be a potential here. I can no longer email their customer service and I get a message that their phone is out of service. I believe this is all based on blocking my calls and emails. These people are showing up as frauds. They have a functioning website and are taking orders constantly and perhaps cheating everyone...certainly attempting to w me.

      On August 9, 2022, I purchased gun powder and primers. I paid using Paypal. The total was ******.

      I was purchasing small pistol primers from this site. However, they only accepted paypal, venmo, or zelle to make the payment. I had noticed this same pattern on 2 or 3 other websites that claimed to have the item in stock, so I thought it was common when purchasing primers. There was also a minimum purchase amount of $125. Other sites had higher minimum amounts, so again I thought it a common practice. When I asked customer service, via an online chat, why there was a minimum I was told that they will split the hazmat shipping fee. I then followed the instructions to use Zelle, which included using a specific gmail account (sorry I do not have that info) and using the name *************************** as the payee. After the transaction I started getting suspicious and search reviews for the business. That led me to a website called Scam Detector, https://www.scam-detector.com/validator/firearmsshop-us-review/. They gave this business a very low rating meaning high scam probability. On July 11 or 12 I went to the website and used the customer service chat to ask about the status of my order. The rep, a fellow who says he is ******, never responded. I called the number from the website, ****** answered and I told him I want status on my order, he took the order number and hung up. I called back two days later and as soon as I told him that I called a couple days ago he hung up and would not answer when I called back. I did an internet search of the address and found that a company called ********************* was at that location. Using Bing maps and going to street level I saw that it appeared that ********************* was in fact at that location. I went on the ******* website and it looked legit so I called the number, ************, ask if they knew about Fire Arms Shop USA, but the number was disconnected. So, that is the story.
