      Back in march I went to this business for permanent makeup services days later I was landed in the emergency room with infection from lip fillers and microbladingupon contacting the business owner about these issues she just advised me to take pain medication and let it heal gave no resolution.I had let the business owner know multiple times I was very upset for services I paid over **** for and hated the outcome of again no resolution was given.I was supposed to have a touch up at the end of march for microblading upon showing up to the place of business for our scheduled appointment the owner was no where to be seen and the business appeared closed.Again upon contacting the owner the only resolution she could give was to go again the next day after she treated me with horrible customer service.I would like to seek a refund of some sort from this business since I did not receive the full service I had paid for. I have contacted the business for a refund or to seek a resolution and have been ignored and had my phone number blocked if I can not achieve a refund this way Ill look into small claims court.

      We followed up with her multiple times we scheduled her follow up after her first session and she canceled but showed up randomly without an appointment to anther day

      Answered all her questions and expectations the same day she also went to summit

      the services we did was her lash extensions eyebrows and lip filler gave her well over 500 dollars off

       

      she had texted me about her reaction to her eyebrows so she had went to her doctor and they recommended Benadryl which took

      I am more than happy to do her follow up she only had one session with us Druitng her consultation let her know she would have to come in for a follow up to fix or add any shapes.

       

      we do provide laser if need to remove or color correction but seems like she loves her look because she posted on ******** on ********** and brows and lip filler she got done and she has had 30 likes ladies telling her she beautiful.. and she does look great Im not going to make her look like like ***********************!

      I do not agree with the statements provided due to them simply not being true. As you can see in the provided text message receipts she set my appointment for march 21 at 10:00am. After that you can see I texted her to cancel My appointment because I was not happy and she proceeded to provide after care instructions to dismiss the fact that I had an infection.And then proceeded to say see you soon insinuating that we were still good for my appointment. Never once confirmed a cancellation. So then as you can see I showed up at her place of business for my appointment March 21 at 9:55am 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and she was not there. I was so upset that I did not trust her to do anymore work on me but rather requested a refund which she also ignored my request for. I do not care how many dollars I saved I still paid **** for a service I was not at all happy with which now the results are completely gone from. Yes I do now feel more confident because I had to pay to get a brow tint and lamination and new lash extensions by another med spa due to them saying my eyebrows are so badly scarred from the micro blading that I would not be able to get micro bladed again. I also do not appreciate a business owner ******** stalking me when I signed a confidentiality form I am requesting nothing but a refund and I wont stop until I get it.

      If I could give her 0 stars, I would! This is by far the worst makeup artist that I have been to. She does not honor her commitment to you. She informs you that she uses the best ink and blah blah blah. Highly unprofessional, dirty environment (stain on the bedsheets), small run-down room rented in a dermatologist office, gives you someone else's brochure on after care instructions, has no company brochure, etc. She messed up my eyebrows completely in December of 2021. The shape came out differently on each eyebrow. It is night and day! You can see the difference. I know no eyebrows are identical, but she placed arches in different areas of my eyebrows. An arch that starts at the very end of one eyebrow and an arch that starts in the very middle of another eyebrow. Additionally, she said that my eyebrows would look naturally ***** because she says she used that color, and they did NOT. They are ****! I sent pictures to her as soon as I noticed the issues, and she told me that this was all a process and the eyebrows needed to heal and so forth, just to shut me up and brush me away. She added that this was the best technology and that the ***** color would resurface. It did not! I decided to do this procedure with the intent that this eyebrow tattoo would cover up my old, faded tattoo and it did not! In fact, because it is so grayed out, it blends with my old-faded tattoo. I have gaps in my eyebrows where you can see my old tattoo. She informed me that the ***** would cover the old tattoo and it would look great. As she brushed me off, I waited patiently to let them heal, just to humor her. I contacted her in January of 2022 requesting a refund because she did not meet her end of the deal and she refused. Highly unprofessional and she should not be in business just alone with the business conditions she exposes you in her room. Someone should call code enforcement on her for her dirtiness in a professional office. I am requesting a full refund in this matter. Thank u.

      The service provided was not done as she promised. I went to see ******* to get my eyebrows done by her, I wanted them done with strokes, she didn't do that, she did a very bad job, my eyebrows are uneven and I called her multiple times to get her to fix them, she doesn't return my phone calls. At this point all I want is my money back to get them fix elsewhere.She is very unprofessional and I had to pay upfront $495. I want my money back.
