Do not ever trust ztrip. Drivers are rude and thieves. Period. I had to wait over an hour last Monday morning for a ******* #*** is a liar and thief.He chews out customers for not having cash on them. Lies to dispatch. Will try to charge you more if you ask him to take you someplace and he will go out of the way completely to get more money out of you. He tried to kick me out of his cab because I had to go to an ATM to get cash off my card and told me I had to prepay for another ride because he didn't trust me. He saw I had cash on me when I left the loaf and jug. He got verbally abusive to me when I told him I'm filing a complaint against him for his c*** I truly believe ztrip should never get on the bbb. The company charges for every single thing, including extra fees for having to wait for customers at any place they are at. Cab drivers are supposed to be there for the customers, not the other way around.Review from Walter M

ztrip failed to provide driver for pre-scheduled trip from home to local airport in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This isn't the first time they have failed to provide a scheduled in advance transportation for me. They called me the day before to verify scheduled trip. i thought i would try them one more time and they failed to perform, again. If management owner of ztrip cares, let them know they have lost a customer. Why are they in business?Review from Kelley M

I used to ride yellowcab/ztrip for years until we got a car. they were reliable, only once out of hundreds of rides did they fail to pick me up. now our car is in the shop and decided to go for ol' reliable but ztrip has now become very unreliable. in a week and a half they have failed to pick me up 3 times. the first time I missed work, and the past 2 times they never picked me up from work and I had to make a 2 hour walk home. the first time I had to walk home, they sent a cab for another person, but not me. I will not be using ztrip anymore. get your s*** together or get eaten by the rideshares ztrip.Review from Jun F

Total waste of time. They'll lie and say someone is on the way, then no one shows up. When you call them back they'll say they're still finding a driver. Not sure how this company is even in business.Review from Keenan H

***** from Ztrip was a very friendly and helpful driver. We had never met him before but he agreed to both pick us up and come back in two hours and take us home from a medical procedure. When we called two hours later, he was just a minute away. Thank you ***** for helping ** in a challenging situation.Review from Marygrace W

Very unreliable!!! I called on May 16, 2023 to reserve a ride at 3:45am on May 18, 2023 to the airport. I was called by ZTrip to confirm the reservation for May 18, 2023 on May 17, 2023 at about 7pm.On the morning of May 18, 2023 no cab had arrived at the reserved time. At 3:55am, I called ZTrip only to be told that they were searching for a driver. I waited another 10 minutes plus and called betwen 4:05am and 4:10am only to be told the same thing - that they were still searching for a driver. Luckily I had a family member who came to stay at my house while I was going to be gone, who I had to awaken to take me to the airport so I wouldn't miss my flight.My complaint is the reservation was made two days in advance to avoid this type of situation, why was a driver not already programmed to be here at that time? I had felt more confident after receiving the confirmation call on the evening of May 17, 2023. I feel they should not confirmed the reservation and/or notified me that there was a problem obtaining a driver at that time.Missing my flight could have caused many additional problems. I was charged $42 from Colorado Springs airport to my home about 6 miles away. I have taken this taxi ride many time and usually ride cost about $23 to $26, I asked the driver why so much then he said thats my meter shows. Next day I called Z-trip and informed that I was over charged, they told me someone will be in touch in a few days if not call back. Since nobody called me I called back they give me GMs extension it took me to voice mail so I left the message of what happened with my contact number still no call back. Seems this GM can careless about customer being ripped off by driver or dont care about protecting companys reputation. Beware people this company seems careless about customer being ripped off by shady driver.Review from Dawn A

Horrible and unreliable. Ordered a ride to Colorado Springs Airport 24 hours in advance (Mar 6 2022) for a 4:30am pickup for my mom. They did not show up on time and I ended up having to drive her (not supposed to drive as I just had knee replacement surgery 3 weeks ago). After I returned home the ZTrip van showed up at 5am asking if we still needed the ride?! Told him no I drove her and thanks for nothing! Will never use this company again.
