      The office help which happened to be the owner wife, which she wanted to make sure I knew who she was and didn't need to talk with her husband, because she was judge and jury on my problem. She was extremely rude and arrogant when I called. They installed a brand new furnace in my home in 2017 with a cracked inducer, which I did not know at the time that it was damaged. I had called after it was installed and complained that it was making a loud squeaking noise. They sent some young kid out and he supposedly fixed it by tightening some unknown part. It was not fixed and I had to tape the front of the furnace panel with electrical tape or it squeaks and won't run without the front panel tight against the furnace to make contact. Their records showed I had only called their office once since it was installed which isn't true. Either they have poor record keeping or are being untruthful, or maybe both. She said I should have called earlier when it was still under warranty which expired 36 days ago. I guess they had no consideration for the Covid pandemic and myself being an essential worker. I had a different contractor come out and check it as the noise that the furnace makes is getting louder and I was concerned. He discovered the cracked inducer and said it was nothing I could have damaged it and he felt the installers of my furnace had dropped or hit it on something accidently and it was installed damaged. I guess I am out the $4500 that I paid. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

      We received a call on 2/23/22 from Kathy asking to speak with the owner, as I am one of the owners, I took the call (the other owner my husband was out and would not be returning to the shop that day). Kathy stated that we were busy so she called someone else to come look at her new furnace. Although she never called us to know that we were busy. I pulled the history and we installed the furnace 1/6/2017. Kathy stated that the person she called to look at the furnace told her the inducer was cracked. I asked her why she did not call us to look at this for her sooner so we could repair if there was an issue. She said she called and we sent someone out and he found nothing right after we installed the unit and many other times after that. I did see in her history that she called 5 weeks after install saying the furnace squeaks when it kicks on. We sent a technician out (all of our technicians are highly trained and hold multiple certifications) to access the furnace. The furnace was functioning properly and he found that a screw was loose on the squirrel cage so he tightened it up and the noise stopped. We never received any other calls regarding her furnace. Now 5 years later she calls and tells us the inducer is bad from install. I did advise Kathy that the furnace would not have functioned for 5 years if the inducer was bad and I wished she would have called us sooner if there was an issue with the furnace so that we could have addressed the issue. I then looked up in our records the warranty certificate for this unit and let her know that the warranty expired just over 30 days prior to her call, I ended the conversation with letting her know that I would give the other owner her message to call her. There was no judge and jury and I apologize if this customer felt a factual conversation was rude. I am unclear where Covid would fall in to this equation as we have never been closed due to this pandemic for the last two years.
