I purchased a $800 stove that had one year warranty with delivery July 2021. I had nothing but issues with this business. First issue was my home address. They kept trying to deliver the stove to my neighbor house. 2nd They didn't connect the plugs correctly. Which caused my circuit to break. They advise that I would need call an electrician. I called an electrician, he said the issue was the cord from the stove to the wall was backwards. That cost me $150. I'm not a big cook and don't use the stove to much. I decided to warm a pizza in the oven *** the pizza never cooked. I made a call to the business. They try to trouble shoot over the phn. Nothing worked. So the tech came out. I remember the tech stating "wow this is a new stove you dont use it" He said need s fan. He will he call me in a couple weeks. Now July 2022 I remember my warranty going to expire. I made contact to the business. The owner daughter answer and said I apologize I'll get this issue fixed. The tech called snd told me he don't remember what was wrong with the stove that he needs to come look at it. He apologize for forgetting about my issue. I said fine. He came look at it and said it need some Fan and he needed to go talk to the owner and he get back to me. At this point I thought it was fine to contact the tech because he know what is needed to fix the oven. Well that day never came. I sent the tech messages asking when he going to fix my stove. Never heard back. July 30th text me in Spanish. I dont read Spanish. . August I made contact. Tuesday August 31st he text call u soon. Never called. Saturday Sept 3rd 2:40pm text saying he's available till 5pm. Sunday Sept 4th 825am I text apologize, I just saw the message . Never heard back from him. Spet 8th he text that he's ready to come over to look at the stove again. Sept 15 tech texted and said he had the part when can they come fix it. I text back on Wed Sept 21st I was available all week. Never heard back. Text him 10/05, 10/18 & 12/18I text him again asking when he cam fix my stove
