This company is the management company for my ***. After water seeped through the wall onto my garage multiple times during rainstorms, the company sent someone to inspect the issue. He found the grade against the exterior wall was insufficient, causing rain water to splash up under the siding during rainstorms.The company never fixed the problem or made any response.As part of my *** covenant, landscaping and maintenance, as well as snow shoveling at a specific depth of snowfall are responsibility of the management company. Last summer, maintenance was neglected for so many months that bushes and tree branches grew over the front of my house completely obstructing my house number and blocking my driveway. I called and emailed the company multiple times over the period of time and received no response. Only after me calling and emailing a final time informing them that the state of overgrowth now constituted a violation of city code and I would be forced to report it to code enforcement if it were not corrected did they finally send maintenance crews to mow and trim branches/bushes.Finally, I just received a letter from a law firm claiming that my *************** are in arrears, have been turned over to collections and I now owe additional legal fees. I gave this company authorization to automatically withdraw monthly *** fees and fees have been paid this way since I purchased the townhouse six years ago.Unbeknownst to me until I received this letter, the *** ceased withdrawing the dues last August for unknown reasons and without notification.Since then I have received no communication, no Notice of Delinquency, and no good faith effort (or any communication at all) to communicate to me that there was a problem with my dues being paid, which is in violation of Colorado Statutes.I am sending a debt validation letter and consulting with an attorney regarding this matter.
