      If I could I would give 0 stars. By far the worst customer support I have ever dealt with. Takes days even weeks for them to actually assist with issues. They only communicate via email, good luck ever talking to a human on the phone. I would absolutely steer clear of this company and their product. Our company will be dumping them ASAP for a more supportive solution.

      The worst to deal with when there is a problem. They tell me that a ticket has been made and it so far I am unable to make a payment to my HOA . It's been 4 days . When I have called for help I am waiting for 45 minutes each time to speak to someone that wants me to explain everything all over. It's quite apparent that no one has any type of protocol for problem solving and that support team is of no help at all . Everyday they tell me to try something different and it is has yet to resolve the problem . When I tell them this they have the attitude of not caring and tell me to wait for them to call me when the issue is resolved . By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my 60 years of life .

      Broken software and worthless customer support. My *** management company switched to FrontSteps at the beginning of the year. The portal is missing basic functionality - I'm unable to change my email address or phone number in the system without getting an error. As a result, my bills and notifications keep getting sent to an old email address I don't use anymore.My *** management company told me to contact FrontSteps customer support. So I opened a ticket with FrontSteps and sent them a detailed description of the problem, complete with screencaps of the errors I was getting in their portal.But then ****** at FrontSteps simply referred me back to the *** management company. When I let her know the management company had referred me to them, she didn't respond even after I followed up multiple times, then my ticket was closed as resolved by "validating owner." (Yes, they literally wrote "validating owner" as the resolution.)A month later, their portal is still broken and my bills are still going to the wrong email address. What a waste of hours of my time.
