      Awful ************** My package went missing and I contacted support. The agent said they could not help because, I did not buy Route, which is crazy when you pay $64 for sweaters. I said Id just file a claim with my bank and dispute the charge. The agent created a replacement order for me but then cancelled because she said that tracking updated? But great, tracking updated but where is my package? So in the end still had to dispute the charge. Felt transactional and silly, seems like a desperate to save their *************** and would rather give c*** service vs assist a customer. Wouldnt recommend probably buy on posh or ******* instead of paying and supporting this business.

      TERRIBLE customer service. I purchased a large order ($500+) on April 25th. The order was never delivered, and it was sent back to sender. I emailed them for a replacement order which they shipped out and I received. Unfortunately, many items did not fit and I returned them. Because this was a replacement order with a separate order number and I was not charged, I did not receive a refund when submitting the return and sending it back. I reached out to customer service and **** was assisting me. **** ensured me everything was being handled and would be rectified soon. This was June 13th. Since then, I have asked for updates multiple times and submitted new messages to the support team and I can't get a response. It has been over a month since hearing anything from them. It has been two months with no refund. It is absolutely ridiculous, I just want my money back.

      Im always reminded why I dont give my money to this company. They are running so lean to make maximum profits but that leaves so much room for sub optimal consumer experience. The owner forgets she posts everything on social media and its literally her family responding as support reps. 7-9 days for a product to ship?? 4 days for a support person to get back to you?? Thats been the case for YEARS. This company has had no improvement for shopping experience. Will be returning the items I recently purchased. Not because I dont like them but because Im not supporting another money hungry company who lies and swears their consumers take priority. They literally take your money and then you just have to hope one day soon your order will ship. VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLAR PEOPLE.

      I recently had an issue with an order that the support team did not have to help with, but they chose to do so anyways. I was very impressed with the customer service. Just a reminder to approach people with empathy rather than anger - there are people on the other side of the phone too!

      orders are so slow, for an order that cost $90 for one item that's ridiculous that it takes over 2 weeks to get. Then you see how the owners built themselves a beautiful new home and everything is wonderful and I can't get a item if less than 2 weeks? Something is just not right. You need to have products and be ready to push them out ASAP. Can't support a company that takes my money before they have products to sell.

      TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. I just recently placed my first couple of orders when Balance Athletica advertised this big sale they were having - I placed 3 orders from this sale, and 1 additional order since then: 1st order (with 3 items in the package) got "lost in the mail" and never made it to my house, 2nd order arrived fine, and then my 3rd order arrived and had the wrong pair of pants in the package. So of the FIVE pairs of bottoms that I bought - I received ONE pair from this company from the orders I placed.When I reached out about my missing package, it was like pulling teeth to get any actual help. After stating that they would "help" me, but only after waiting ************************************************************************************************** and didn't respond after that, which was not a resolution on my part. I had to send several separate emails, and state that I was going to go public with how terrible the customer service team had handled my orders -- before I FINALLY received a response. After offering me a s*** discount on their new line to try to make up for the missing items I never got, I stated that I bought the items at the discounted price and I still wanted those items that they lost - after arguing about this back and forth she finally agreed to give me the same price point on the same items that got lost in the mail previously from the new launch, this was great and I was happy. GET THIS... THIS ORDER IS NOW CURRENTLY LOST IN THE MAIL TOO IN THE SAME EXACT LOCATION. This location is ************************************ - When I call here they also have no information to offer and Balance says "its out of their hands". I have reached out about this additional lost order and have not received a response. Each time my order has been "lost in the mail" it has been one of their most popular items - the biker shorts! ...weirddd....... So I have now ordered 6 pairs of biker shorts and received NONE of them.

      I will not buy from this company! The customer service is the worst! ****** to learn for me not to buy anything from a company that doesn't have a phone number to call. They never responded any emails, the chat feature on the website doesn't have real time agent that can help, and I don't even know who respond in Instagram DM as they don't have any clue how to help customer. I placed an order on 2/5, they sent me a tracking info on 2/8 but they actually never sent the package to ***** so there was no movement on that tracking. After sending email for hundreds time, they placed a replacement order, again was marked shipped three days later but 4 days later, I checked on the tracking, same issue! the **** never received the item. I had start over with the contacting process and no one responded. They did not even offer me with an expedite shipping for the c*** I had to deal with. So, please do not buy from this company! They just want the money but don't care about the customer. Buy from more reputable company !!!

      Ive shopped here for over 2+ years but there has been an extreme drop in customer satisfaction and service. I recently made a $200+ purchase for a Black Friday launch, and was told it would arrive within **** days. This arrived two days before Christmas. I ended up returning an item, to which they received January 3rd and have processed it but has not granted my $65 returnit is now January 18th. No one has addressed my three emails or direct message to their Instagram account. They have definitely lost me as a ************** sure Im not the only one.

      I placed several orders over the black Friday sale for Christmas gifts. 1 order was delivered 3 weeks after purchase, missing 5 items totaling over $300. The other $513 order still has yet to ship, and it was placed on Friday Nov 26th. It has been 31 days. Their website said all orders would ship within 14 days. I have emailed customer support 7 times regarding these two issues. I have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately this appears to be blatant theft, so I have been forced to dispute the issue with my credit card company. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. There is a reason they have a **** average on here and buyers should be very cautious.

      Its been over 2 weeks since Ive placed an order. There has been no tracking info sent, no progress in my order whatsoever. Meanwhile, the owner is getting facials and attending hot yoga. If this were my business, my **** would be packing orders myself. They dont care about their costumers.
