      Terrible service. WORST SERVICE!!! HOTEL ENGINE IS GARBAGE!!! Go with ANYONE ELSE!They market themselves to restoration companies saying they can help in times of need and disaster, but they cannot. 3x i have booked a closed hotel with them. No one at customer service is helpful. My assigned agent never calls me back. If you need help, look elsewhere!They never make requested changes, the service team doesnt understand whats going on. Worst of the hotel services.

      We use the premium package and enjoy it. The normal account is good too but we needed the added protection that allows us to cancel or change reservations at anytime so the upgraded account was worth it for us. Works well and our account manager *** is an angel.

      We used hotel engine last month at the Kentucky State Fair for the entire rodeo team and it worked exactly as advertised. We used the savings on hotels to go zip-lining on our last day there.

      Our company recently partnered with Hotel Engine, and weve been thoroughly impressed with the overall service. Its a no-cost platform that provides access to an extensive list of hotel options, making booking a breeze. While managing bookings for multiple team members can sometimes get complex, Hotel Engines support team has been responsive and helpful in resolving any challenges that arose. In one case, our company needed additional nights for our crew, and thanks to Hotel Engines clear communication process, we were able to extend our stay seamlessly.

      We use hotel engine anytime we have work trip that will last more than a couple days, the savings on multiple rooms over multiple days is pretty crazy.

      Hotel properties... DO NOT ACCEPT reservations from Hotel Engine. They give reservations and instruct properties to NOT collect a credit or debit card from the guest they reserve a room for. We had over $2,000 in damages by one of their guests and this company is not submitting payment to us for this damage. We have given multiple receipts showing cost of repair and they are not paying it. DO NOT let their guests stay!

      My company tried using hotel engine Hotel engine had originally stated it was a free service... What a JOKE is all I can say. With every single hotel booking for our company came a new set of issues. My company was charged an EXTRA 10 days at 5 rooms per night due to poor communication. I tried to fight this ridiculous charge and I lost. I was told "I needed documentation " that my crew of guys checked out at the front desk...that it was our word against the hotels word. I've been in this business over 10 years and I have NEVER had more issues more costly mistakes. Another booking there were alleged damages done to 2 hotel rooms... Over two weeks later HE informs me of this I requested photo evidence room numbers and damage fees by the time I actually received these things some of the employees had already quit costing my company more and more bs charges
