  I was working with SC labs developing an invention and talking to ***************************** over data and then it was a very professional conversation. In fact, when I would even send some messages just talking about my invention or talk to him that he was very understanding and then just a few times you know he would say stuff like joke around or something it just seemed all right but then I was working on my stuff and going to work with them over data and try to maybe help them profile marijuana and just give it to them as a company as a gift and be happy to share it with them and try to get my stuff on my feet also And then not use them, but share it with them and help them as a company but now Im not interested at all because ***************************** contacted me on Snapchat and then referred to me as gay as if I was not straight as if I was gay and then he says are you sure and then he seems to know stuff about me and who I am and where I live and what kind of car I drive and its extremely uncomfortable and it doesnt reflect the professionalism that I had experience with him via email and conversations on the phone and it really is discouraging that I have this company has somebody like him working for them and that it was extremely embarrassing because I am straight and I dont want my personal information disclosed. Im not gay, but whether I was gay or not the way that he then proceeded to deny that we had a relationship of any kind of a business type of Merit to our conversations that would permit the type of stuff that he would say, and he tried to justify it, like we didnt have any relationship, and he works for a business, and I dont even know him and hes telling me we dont have a relationship and we dont even need one but the only one that we did have was a business relationship and then he comes at me on Snapchat, which I dont even rarely use except for on rare occasions, and tells me an asks me if Im gay and denies any relationship like he even said its him

  SC Labs did not employ *********************, nor request any of his work or data for our business purposes. ************ reached out to one of our employees on our Sales team, *****************************, regarding an app he is developing.Their interactions consisted of two telephone conversations and ************ went on to send our employee numerous emails about his app and services he could offer. However, this was the extent of their interactions. Our employee, ***************************** did not add ************ on any social media platform, nor has he exchanged any private messages with him. Our employee spells his name differently then the screenshot ************ shared, in addition, one of the screenshots he shared, the person he is messaging clearly says, they had no relationship with him, when ************ suggests they have a business relationship. This further confirms this person is not our employee, ******************************
