      ************* wrongfully sent a gas bill that was not mine to the this collection agency. They were supposed to come up with a resolution to correct the issue due to another person using my name for their gas bill! I showed them and sent proof to the gas company that I no longer lived at that address and I was in the hospital at the time and could not make the call to disconnect the gas and I even went out of my way to have a family member call the owner that actually lives there, to shut off the gas and they promised and said that they would! Instead the owner continued to let the gas run in my name for over a year straight and refuses to pay for HIS GAS USAGE, which is ridiculously high and THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! I'm NOT going to he held responsible for another person's gas usage! I've never seen a gas bill so high! They obviously knew and that's why they let it run so high! The even more ridiculous part is that, ************* even spoke with the owner that actually lives there and they told ************* that they were going to put the gas in their name and never did and continued to let in run in my name! I refuse to pay another person's gas and WILL NOT pay for someone else's ridiculous gas usage and wrongfully using my name so they would not have to pay their bill! Now have this collection agency harassing me and calling me from different numbers demanding payment and refusing to disclose who they are! I finally found out who they are but gathering information.

      I am unaware of how this company got my contact information. They called me several times a day beginning sometimes at 7 oclock in the morning up until 7 PM. *** answered the phone and asked them numerous times to reframe from calling, communicate with me via Mail. They have not respected my wishes. From my understanding, they are a debt collector, and it is illegal for debt collectors to begin calling prior to 9 AM. We are on the border of harassment, especially since Ive asked them on several occasions to contact me via Mail with whatever information they need to disclose.

On May 23, 2024 we sent a validation letter to the address provided by our client. We do not reflect speaking with ***************************** regarding the account and have been unsuccessful in authentication that would allow for us to communicate the account has been placed with our office. The have not been any calls made prior to 8 am reflecting in our records and we have not reported the account to a credit bureau. *********************************** compliant requests no further contact, we will honor her request and no further attempts to call her will be made. However the account remains within our records and she may contact ********************* with any questions or to learn more about and resolve the balance assigned to our office by call ************.       I have been called multiple times from this company. they arent allowing me to speak. forcing me to agree to things that arent true. Asking for credit card information over the phone to process a payment that isnt mine to pay. i am an identity theft victim from a family member. they are scaring me telling me that "typically" this isnt the case for identity theft victims. but my situation isnt typical. threatening to have someone come to my home by the end of the day to EITHER ARREST ME or take my car from me. They told me I have 1 hour to decide if i want to pay or they will come to my home

      In November 2023 I received notification from Virtuoso Sourcing Group that ADT had referred my account to them for collection I had canceled my account with ADT on April 6, 2023. I contacted Virtuoso Sourcing Group by letter on December 28, 2023 that this debt had been disputed.. Virtuoso continues to send collection letters regarding this account. Whether this represents clerical incompetence or fraudulent intent by Virtuoso Sourcing Group I expect them to cease collection attempts immediately

      This business continues to call me day end and day out. Interrupting client meetings. Waking my newborn baby from naps. It is interfering with my life. They ask my to verify personal information without telling me who they are or what they are calling about. That I'd harassment. They then hang up on me and continue to call and solicit information from me without informing who they are. In today's world that seems like a huge scam.

      After paying 2 installments to Virtuoso and promised a paid receipt to be sent to an email address of m r s d e v a n e y s @ a o l. c o m, I have called them to ask again for paid receipts. ********* is now refusing to provide proof that I have paid the 2 installments. She suggested I log into their site and obtain this information. This is not acceptable and I believe this to be a total scam. IF they are a legitimate company, they should have no problem providing a paid receipt nor do I believe in the legitimacy of their site. I am telling everyone they are scammers and NOT to give them money. Very often, these scammers will attempt more collections even after the bill is paid. I want a Paid in Full receipt immediately as the bill total is completely suspect.

      The company has made many, may calls to me over the last 6 months. They wont identify why they are calling other than to say "it is a matter of concern to you" or something like that; they ask me to provide my mailing address, supposedly to confirm they are talking to the right person. I don't give my personal information to disembodied voices over the phone.I've asked them to stop calling me but they continue to do so. They rotate the phone numbers but it is always the same company. The last time they called THEY hung up on me after asking me a question and before I could answer.I consider it harassment. They won't give me any information beyond their name but they ask me to provide my information without a reason or verification that they are an actual, real entity.

      This company continues to harass my phone day in and day out asking for my personal information to confirm an identity to an account I do not have with them. Today upon repeatedly asking them to tell me who they were they say the name so that it is almost incomprehensible but will not give his name but demands my personal information. Demanding I live at an address I do not live at. Please make it stop it is interfering with my work phone and causing me undue stress in a work environment. I have stated that they stop calling and they continue. This is harassment. Now that I have their information I would like to look into legal action if this continues.

      I have informed Virtuoso, a third party collection agency, that my case with ADT (their client) is before the Better Business Bureau assigned ID ******** filed on 9/19/2023. I spoke with an agent from Virtuoso on October 9 at 3:25pm and informed him in a five-minute conversation that the case with ADT was with the Better Business Bureau and he said he would note that in the files with Virtuoso. Calls from the collection agency continued and I again spoke to ****** on October 17 at 11:28am and informed him once again the case with the Better Business Bureau for ADT. He stated that did not impact their collection efforts that they are still seeking to collect money from me. After a seventeen-minute conversation, he asked to place me on hold to check if he could provide me with information that I requested and after waiting on hold disconnected the call. I ask for the account with ******************** to be adjusted to $0 please at the soonest and ask for no outstanding balance, to be released from any obligation to them and for this not to impact my credit in any way. If there has been a report to the credit agency I ask for that to be corrected.

Will the company continue to stand by their response that they will not report on my credit and cease and desist and note it as disputed? Please let me know what I need to do.

      I would prefer that Virtuoso remove me from their files and as a liability dispute altogether and that they follow-up with ADT to remove me. However, I accept the response that Virtuoso will not report to the credit reporting agency and that they will cease and desist on communications, and that they have the account noted as disputed, so long as the abide by that.
