Went on Nov 14 for consult regarding a hair color. According to the website consult is of no charge. Upon consult I set up an appointment for Nov 20 for hair color which is listed at $350. She said I must make a deposit to hold the appointment of $50. I did and put it on my credit card. I attended my appointment on Nov 20th and she charged me the $350 + $70 haircut which was verbally communicated at consult. I paid $220 in cash and $242 on my credit card, to equal $350 + $70 + $42 tip. I then realize later that she never deducted the $50 deposit I made. I inquired via her instagram stating she forgot to honor the $50 deposit and asked for a refund pf $50. She took multiple days to respond never refunded the deposit that wasnt deducted off the final ****. I messaged her again through her social media and text asking for a receipt for all methods of payment tendered and for the $50 deposit. She refused to provide a receipt reflecting the cash I paid; making me unable to contest the charges with my credit card company. She then offered me the refund on apple pay which I dont use. Ive asked her again for an official receipt and for the $50 dollars to be refunded in the method it was provided. She has not responded to any message and has blocked me from her intagram page. All I am asking is for her to refund the $50 dollar deposit that was not honored and for her to provide me a receipt of all methods paid for the service.Days I communicated to her:11/23 and 11/24: Via instagram... No response received 11/24: Via text message...responded stating that a deposit ensures the appointment held, didn' say it was an additional fee to the $350 priced out.11/26: Via text message...still no refund made or receipt provided 11//27: Provided what she states is a refund via apple cash which I do not use. Asked for a refund in the same method paid...no response.11/30: Asked for receipt noting all methods paid and $50 refund via original method used... No response
