I went for a ******************* before leaving on a cruise for a week and spending an additional week in **. After two days my pedicure started to peel and on the third day my gel manicure started to peel. I contacted them and she said I could come in so they could look at it. I explained I was on a cruise the first week and spending an additional week. She offered no recourse. I spent ***** and two days later it was falling apart, unbelievable. Plus the polish was applied so thick and close to my cuticles that it is catching in my hair. I want a refund. I will have to take a picture of my credit card account when you need it.
