Been dealing with them for decades. Even when an order was wrong I called and got it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Many other companies could take a look at how they do business. There's a reason they've been in business for over 50 years.

After repeatedly visiting the place for about two years now, and the woman typically at the help desk, and the other lady behind the main counter for the cash register, they are great examples of people that do not need to work there, they do not care, and you are affirming their passive aggressive, mean, 'entitled' rude, off-putting self-value, as that is why customers are there. You annoy them, the staff at Mile High are 'entitled' to interrupt you, for example, they apparently are supposed to always avoid eye contact, always be dismissive, and upset -they will never improve this, because it is always going to be a tribal bigot anti-culture here. The place, in the long run, is meant to draw in people, as a spectacle, for ***** Rozanksi's b.s. ego, while the customer comes second always. One-star, because when I told the woman at the help desk yesterday that no way would I ever return, she just gave me this double-take look, like how dare I say that, and no inquiry or corrective action was taken. That look I was given, that was her "real self" she revealed finally, cuz her behavior is soo transparent, that person is just plain mean. The staff typically leaves one w/a sick feeling every time and negates the lure of nostalgia "the brand" is supposed to attract,.. I used to defend this place, but now I realize what a waste of time, and energy to maintain feeling good about having a day off, it really is -Mile High Comics will ruin feeling good about having a nice day.

Mile High Comics still yet to provide a refund from an incomplete 2017 delivery. Only 1 of three boxes received. Extensive email correspondences with ************************* offer little but the same requests for the same information. Terribly inadequate refund resolution process. Still waiting. Complaint has been made to ACCC in ********* and will now be escalated to relevant body in ********. Bitterly disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for decades. Do not recommend at all.
