I ordered online and never received my merchandise. I had no problem with contacting the seller/company and they were committed to helping. They asked questions I answered and complied looking and knocked on 105 apartments for my package that they said was delivered which was never received. I contacted them again and they stated they can only give 50 percent refund I felt that was unfair so I contacted PayPal and then my claim was denied. I responded that they need to further process this And here I am now trying to get help for what now I think may be a fake seller/company.Initial Complaint

I bought 4 pcs of Pispara *********** and lymphvity detoxification bra. As advertized on ******** the bra has tourmaline used in far infra red therapy and Absinthe therapy using a special process to attach wormwood around the tourmaline. Their ad on ******** states that the bra stimulates over 800 reflex points around the abdomen, and that it is an excellent choice for weight loss. And that the infra red therapy can stimulate the release of fatty acids and glycerol from fat cells in the body, which are then consumed by the body, resulting in weight loss. It combines infra red therapy and wormwood **************, providing relief for pain from different parts of the body, etc.When I received the bras, I found that these are made in *****, of poor workmanship ( seams not well-aligned and hanging threads) and ordinary bras, made of regular cotton fabric and garter. I cant really tell the tourmaline feature described in their advertisement. I emailed about the complaint and asked for a return shipping label ( just like what Amazon does)- they advised me to take a picture of the shipping label and product (bra) i received. I emailed them the pictures but was advised not to return the bras to the return shipping address stated on the package, as it is not their return address. Instead, they asked me to agree to a 30% refund and not ship back the bras as it will cost me $20 USD.I responded back that I choose not to get a refund, but a replacement of the genuine bras as advertised . This time, they responded back that the bras I received are the ones advertised on ********. Better Business Bureau please investigate this company since they delivered made in ***** regular and poor quality/ workmanship bras, contrary to the information they advertised on ********. Attached are the pictures. I can also ship 1 of the 4 bras I received for you to assess yourself. Thank you for your help and assistance on this issue.Customer response
