-I have attached emails that state our company had a ransomware attack which prevented our company from doing any business for nearly 2 whole months of 2021. We reached out to Titan Fittings when we were able to dig ourselves out of a large hole following the ransomware attack. We were requested to return a handful of unopened parts for a credit on the correlating order. Timeline:1-10-2021--Invoice Date 6-25-2021--Emailed Titan to get a credit for new fittings 6-28-2021--Titan responded and denied our request stating it was past the 30 return date policy 11-29-2021--After reading into Titans return policy, noting that anything past the 30 day return policy was at the discretion of Titan, we reached out again to get approval for return due to our ransomware attack. ---A direct phone call was made to ****** at Titan Fittings who stated we should be able to get a return credit. He then insisted on our Buyer sending an email recapping the conversation and asked to cc him on it. ---A follow up email was then sent as requested 12-17-2021--After not hearing anything back, another email was sent to ****** with the same attached email asking for help 1-11-2021--After no response from anyone, we sent the fittings back on our account via *** 1-13-2022- Items received by Titan 1-31-2021--*********************** from Titan fittings emailed saying that that we never notified them of any RMA's and that they were not going to issue a return credit. 2-7-2022--A direct response to ***** was made with the attached emails showing that we did try to follow to proper due process.Summary: They did not offer a return credit, nor did they ship the fittings back or offer any solution. These fittings are an estimated $500 that they essentially stole from their customer.
