High School Posters called my husband in April about purchasing an ad for $195. My husband gave them my name and number to call about the artwork. I spoke with ***** the same week and explained I will put together our artwork and get that sent in. I asked ***** when the artwork and payment is due, he said July. Since then they have been calling me multiple times a day asking for payment. I explained I am still working on the artwork and once I get that finished and we agree upon the ad, I will submit payment before due in July. ***** continued calling the store and my cell phone several times a day. Yesterday he called my cell phone 3 times and then called the restaurant and I spoke with *****, he said "since you won't answer my calls on your cell phone I have to call here to get payment." I said to *****, "I thought payment was due in July, why are you guys harassing me in May and the 1st week of June for a payment that isn't due yet?" At that point ******************* up on me. Today I called the business and spoke with **** and explained my issue with being harassed constantly over a payment that isn't due yet. **** was completely rude and uninterested in my complaint, he said "we try and get payment ASAP." I looked up this company and see that **** is actually the owner. This company should not be harassing other businesses to send them payments before they are even due. I went though my phone log and ***** called me 78 times in May alone. That is harassment and this company should not be allowed to harass other businesses.Business response

It says right on the invoice payment is due in 10 days. Ad copy is due by July. We can't stop selling ads for poster if payments are not made timely, as we don't know if all space is taken. When the caller expressed herself in a very upset manner I immediately offered to cancel the invoice which she accepted. In 10 years of ***** being here I haven't had one complaint of hanging up on a customer.Initial Complaint

This business keeps calling me and when I say hello, they hang up.This is an ongoing issue that needs to stop. I checked the phone number and saw a bunch of other people complaining about the same thing.Business response

We do not call people multiple times and hang up on them. Someone must have cloned one of our phone numbers. Sorry but we have no control over that.Customer response
