      I am 87 years old and was attracted by the advert that stated it will help bladder symptoms and guaranteed money back. I called several times because it did not work, asked to cancel and return for refund and they have not stopped shipments and charging my credit card.

      Apologies for the delay. Getting ahold of the proper departments during the summer can be challenging. Nonetheless, we received an email from the customer on July 12, 2023. Our team emailed the customer back on July 13, 2023, notifying him that the refund had been processed, and autoship for any future orders had been cancelled.

      My senior mother, ******************* is receiving these catalogs of which we have tried numerous times to get her off the list and keep her off the list. The key code is TRE2210-007 and customer ******************, these are from the back of the catalogs. She gets them almost weekly and cannot afford the products that the catalogs scare her in believing she needs. I have called numerous times to get her off the list and they say they will take her off but don't! Enough! please help me get through to them I now cannot find their phone number. This is a scam operation.

      Innovus Pharma Refuses to take me off and stop mailing me unsolicited, sexually explicit, Sexual enhancement solicitations. I have requested several times for them to cease and desist. To remove me from all future notifications and provide me with the source of my personal information which they refuse to do. Upon telling them I planned to file complaints with the BBB and FTC they said, good luck. you're gonna have to do better than that to find out where we got your information. Can they legally withhold this information from? I do not want to receive sexually explicit material at my home address or anywhere for that matter. How can I have this stopped immediately?

Your request was entered October 10, 2022, whereby any future mailers, not in a mailing queue, will not be sent to your address.       I have contacted this company several times about their junk mailings. Apparently my mother in law (***********************************) ordered something from them years ago. She has since passed away, almost 2 years ago now. Before she passed away her mail was delivered to my address, ****************************************************************** 19320.So now 2 years later I am STILL receiving several junk mailings from this company each month. I have asked them to stop at least twice. This is upsetting to myself and my husband to still be receiving these unsolicited mailings. I want them to STOP. Thanks.

      I noticed numerous charges on my 97-year-old father's credit card. They kept charging his credit card don't even know if he received the pills. I sent a couple of packages back with no refunds. Nothing but a scam. Checked invoices addresses in Main and Calfornia. Called one number it was a hotel.

We have looked through your father's account and see that he has been refunded for his September 16, 2021, and October 21, 2021 orders, less restocking fees. There is currently a refund in process for his January 18, 2022 order, and should be processed by the bank in the next few weeks. As a precaution, we have put a do not purchase restriction on his account, to prevent any future orders. If you would like that restriction removed, Please let us know.

      Hello,

       

      The Innovus customer service department located in *****, with the main office is located in **********. 

      After an internal investigation of the situation we have noted a refund was successfully processed for his September 16, 2021 order, and October 21, 2021 order. Additionally, the January 18, ************************************** process. We reviewed the sales calls and each were voluntarily ordered. 

      We can place him on a do not order list, and block him from being able to order if desired.
