We hired this company to cut in and install new lights in our home. The company left an apprentices on site unsupervised to do the work. Every light was cut crooked and out of line. 90% of the holes cut were gouged out so big that no size of trim could cover the mess. One owner of the company admitted fault and offered to repair the damage. The owner tried to mud the light holes but could not fix the extensive damage. He then told us to get a professional drywall company to submit a bid to repair the damage and they would pay for the cost. At that point the other owner stepped in and informed us that they in fact would not repair any damage or reimburse us for the repairs that were needed. The 2nd owner refused to come to the property to see the damaged caused by the apprentice and threatened to block all contact if this was brought up again. We had no choice but to repair the damage and hire a new electrician to re-wire the lights and repair all the issues. This has cost us unnecessary money and time.

We originally did the job and cut all the holes as they should have been cut. After we were completely done cutting the holes, the homeowner, who was acting as his own general contractor decided they were going to sheet over the drywall instead of scraping.  When that was told to us, I reiterated that the drywallers needed to treat our holes as a can that was in the ceiling. When we returned, they sheeted over our holes and poked the wire through randomly. We attempted to recut the holes in the same spots but due to the thin drywall sheeting it would gouge if not perfectly lined up. The reason I told the customer to have the drywall company treat our holes as cans was for this exact reason. The customer told me he couldn’t get a hold of the drywall contractor anymore. I told him that I would help him fix the issue. When he presented this, he wanted us to pay a new drywall contractor to come in and redo the drywall again. We asked him multiple times to come to a compromise considering we had done the work right the first time and explained how the drywall needed to be done. Nothing new was ever presented to us besides paying to redo the drywall.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
One of the owners (Cody) took full responsibility and blammed his apprentice for cutting the lights in crooked and sloppy and even went as far as coming to my house on a Sunday to try to spackle and fix them . Cody (who is 50% owner of Lesh) told me to get a Drywall estimate to get them fixed and he would take care of it. As soon as Jeff Lesh found out he put a stop to it and told me to pay for it. Jeff never once stepped foot on our property to even look at the damages his guys caused. Plus blocked my # and Left me with the Bill to pay.To top it off they never sent me a bill for cutting in the lights either which tells me they know they messed up. Horrible customer service

Again, I was willing to try to come to an agreement on how best to resolve it.  We did the work correctly the first time and had discussed how to proceed and that was not done. We were not willing to pay to replace the drywall completely.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: We were told to find a drywall company to fix all the holes that were done wrong. Once we We got the estimate they backed out after seeing the cost. To top it off the head owner Jeff Lesh will not show up at our house to see the sloppy job his guys did nor has he ever. Nothing but lies. Cody took full responsibility when it happened and tried to fix some of the holes as seen in the photos which looks horrible. They know they messed up. Very unprofessional and sloppy buisness experience we have had.
