      ************************* was referred by Custom HPACES as our plumber. ****** was shown 2 repairs with a request to keep costs low. Washer had a leaking faucet; bathroom sink pop-up rod had broken. He left to buy parts-no discussion of his plan.***** sawing & when asked why he cut out wall in laundry room, he said to reach the faucet. Soon after, I smelled burning and found over 4 of copper pipe with both hot and cold-water faucets still attached sitting in the laundry tub. I was horrified- he said dont worry, itll be fine. He installed two new hot and cold shut off levers 33 from the floor. I could not reach them, expressed concerns about the hole in the wall, the lowered levers and so he put the same wall with holes where the faucets used to be along with the 4 cut off the bottom back on the wall and said he didnt do drywall repair. Never once did he test the faucets or tell me they couldnt be fixed and never once did he explain his plan-he just did it. $375 with more money and time to find someone to fix the drywall and put in a standard box behind the fixtures. Sink: replace a pop up piece and filled and drained the sink repeatedly for over 30 minutes. I said its fine, enough please, but he left the house and came back and replaced the stopper and ring. Something so simple was $225.I complained same day after my shock wore off. ************************* owner said shed refund the $375 for miscommunication errors. She never returned the money and when I nudged her, she asked me to sign a statement saying I would no longer slander Full Moon Plumbing or *************************; not pursue legal action, no longer harass ******. I declined as no slander or harassment occurred. I had to get another plumber to fix the laundry room mess for $300 and still face $200 for drywall/paint repairs. I have photos. Im 82 a feel like an exploited senior.
