I bought some cigars and humidor.on July 2023 and paid in full $6439.66 charge on my credit card. And its paid in full . Still they charge me again on March 2024. The invoice was paid but this time they charge me extra $4454.66 on my store debit card. Now when I contact them they been keep saying that they dont received the money which they all ready got it in between July-October 2023. And not refunding my extra money. Not a good business to do . Even when I ask for an owner to talk they cant even give me the information to talk . Its very frustrating situation. I have the proof of funds that my credit card company paid for it. Its making me sick that how they stole my money. Now no one answer my email and text messages. Please help me get my money back. Now its been as back and forth since a month I should got my full refund . Date of transaction: March 9, 2021 Transaction amount: $2, ****** Paid to MDC ****** Services at ******************* This transaction was for an order of cigars for my business. I made the transfer from my NFCU business checking account to MDC and never received anything back from them. I've tried to call them and email them with no success.
