As far as everyone saying its a scam , they do promise work from home jobs and then hire you and only then tell you its in office . HR is a joke . Very hostile work environment. In fact a situation was reported to HR , they suspended or fired said person and then about 2-3 weeks later came back called me a liar and rehired the same girl who now harasses me at work daily and even has recruited some people to do it with her but same as before its all passive aggressive ( so thats also why I feel like I cant say anything ) hr pulled me into a zoom meeting in the middle of calls on the floor and Called me a liar stating that they would review said video with me ( but never did )& it makes me feel like I cant even speak up for myself or Ill get fired so now I endure work place ********************** 3 out of 5 days because thank GOD Im off 2 of the days that the person would be there . There are also not maternity friendly . They make u clock out to use the bathroom but dont have to use the bathroom too much bc theyll try to fire you for that also . No maternity leave , and apparently I cant have short term leave bc 90 days isnt enough time to qualify for the benefits they promised you would get after 30 days . The job its self its not bad at all , its the company and its ethics which is probably the reason for the high turnover rate and the new training class about every month or other month .Review from Brent L

I worked for TTEC for three years. They let me go due to "conduct" because a customer asked me a personal question and I answered honestly. I guess that embarrassed the micro-managing client client. Well, I've been searching for a job an one potential employer needs recent performance reviews to assess character due to the nature of the job. I requested them and HR told me they cannot as per their privacy policy. That's not the first document they refused to provide. Not only do they treat their worker bees poorly, but they hinder your progress to find new employment. I do not recommend anyone to work for them, ever.Review from Ashley A

Horrible scam! Don't give them any information at all. Do not take pictures or send bank info. I went through it to see and it was a total scam. I called them out and they said "WHAT YOU AND OTHERS THINK OF US IS IRRELEVANT". Rude and cocky.Review from Caleb D.

It's 10/18/2022. I was interviewed on 7/19/2022 For an at home position with TTec. After that initial interview, completed through Zoom, I didn't receive an offer of employment until two weeks ago. I called them, I emailed them, I left voice-mails. I attempted to reach them by all manner of communications listed by their company as forms to contact them. I was never called back, or emailed back. It wasn't until these last two weeks, that they've decided to get back to me. I was offered a job, I accepted it. I went through the motions of completing all necessary and required documents for employment. Only to be told that my employment was being revoked based "in whole or in part" on what was found on my background check. The only thing on my background check, was a misdemeanor from 12+ years ago. Never had a felony or any other criminal history. Yet, they chose to rescind their offer. I was told it wasn't them, it was their client who didn't hire me. But for some reason, even though it was there client that didn't hire me, I still needed to wait 90 days to reapply with TTec. After the fact of having already waited around for almost that same amount of time before I was even "offered a job". The "recruiters" and there "service members" are extremely rude, always short, and only provide answers that are generic and broad in term.. to seemingly be purposely as useless as humanly possible. These people are a scam. This company is a scam. And I'm fairly certain that they have illegally obtained my personal information to top it off. These people are horrible. And You're better off looking for a real job with someone else. Try conduent. TTec is a joke. And unfortunately, not a very funny one, at that.Review from Lindsey A

This is a scam. Interview started out ok, then recruiter started asking more and more inappropriate questions, including my age (illegal!), credit score, who I had credit cards with and my credit limits, amount of debt, and name of bank, and used the excuse that they can help improve my credit (red flags definitely started waving after the first few inappropriate question). BEWARE, sounds like an identity theft scam!!!Review from Taylor S.

If I can give zero stars on this company, I would. I was offered a job as a remote customer service representative with TTEC on 05/31/22, I was initially coordinating with **** and ******* which advised me that my start date would be 06/30, because nothing was happening in a whole months time, I wasnt sure when to quit my current job, in which I attempted to get advice from ****** and **** and they basically gave me nothing. I then quit my job at Amazon on 06/16/22 to start work on 06/30, however I then get an email stating the start date would take place on 07/05/22, I figured why not take a mini vacation with my fianc before work starts. As we were away, I received a call from **** stating IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THEM ABOUT MY VACATION, as my computer equipment was on they way, I explained to her I was already in touch with ***** prior to hold the shipments until I return. A few days go by and I attend a zoom meeting to go over schedules, which they said the start date is 06/30, I explained we arrive home on 06/30, and that I was under the impression that the start date was on 07/05. So they pushed my start date to 07/21. So I accept the new start date and as Im waiting for the date to arrive, I get an email 6 days prior to my start date stating my employment has been CANCELLED until further notice. I immediately contacted unemployment to file a claim and started to apply for a new job on every job board. Thank Gosh, unemployment is willing to help. However, I strongly feel that TTEC owes me financially from 06/16 - present (I still have their equipment), as my fianc and I have been living off my savings and have been suffering financially. I honestly believed TTEC was going to be a great company to work for, but I was wrong. Please Investigate and shut them down!!Review from Wendy D

Interview was conducted through the Telegram app, per TTEC. Interviewer was an aggressive woman who used mostly company generated postings and answers. I was approved after a long wait. Then she said she needed my checking account number to deposit $350.00 which I would be using to buy company approved software and equipment. I have never had a company ask me this. Most companies send you everything you need to get started, and also send you an offer letter, spelling out your job duties, the pay and benefits. Great attempt at trying to spam me, but it didnt work!Review from Morris P

This company is an identity theft system and a money scam!!!! I was applying for a work from home position. After a LONG, back and fourth texting of questions that they asked; I was offered the job! Pay rate $20 pr/hr. I felt like something was off. The rep. asked me the same questions at times, which didnt seem right. She stated I will receive paperwork via email but after 3 days I didnt receive anything from them. I received another text from the same rep., through Telegram App. I informed her I never received an email. She stated it can take a few days and began asking me more questions! I found this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She explained other job duties and asked if I was able to do them. But it wasnt the job I was originally hired for! Then I received a text via phone from their Head Accountant (H.R) and asked for a picture of my work station. I have worked from home before and that VALID job asked the same from me, so that didnt seem off base to me. However, she sent me a picture of hers. (Odd) Meanwhile, Im still texting the other Rep. though the Telegram App, she asked for a picture of my Drivers License.! I didnt feel comfortable but many employers require a picture of your Drivers License. But she too sent me her drivers license picture; this was getting stranger and stranger. She said an Apple laptop will be sent to me but I would have to pay upfront for software ($200), & I would be reimbursed. THAT WAS MY RED FLAG!!! I refused and she replied thats their policy. I told her its my policy not to send money to people I didnt know and have not received any paperwork on, which I should have already receive. Then blocked them both!! Im filling an Identity Theft Report through my State. I immediately received the documents to file and they also provided other resources available.I researched the company when I first started speaking with them and didnt see any red flags. Apparently, I didnt research well enough! I was told: TTEC *********,********,*************. Founded by ******************************** in ****. As of late 2018,TTEC has nearly ****** employees, operating in 24 Countries. (Not true!!) BEWARE!!!
