We are sorry **************** is unhappy with the results. Olshan was able to lift two front sections of ****************** slab within of the original level it was poured. A small section of one slab would not lift to original level as expected. We would like to thank **************** for stating since we could not get the slab back a closer level that we did not charge him anything for the work we did perform. We do agree that we caused some additional cracks in one section of the slab, but **************** did not state that the section of the slab had two cracks in it before we attempted any work.
Our contract, signed by ****************, allowing us to attempt to lift his concrete, clearly states that Olshan will not be held liable for damages to the concrete during the work process, of which cracks are listed. For that reason, we are not able to provide **************** any assistance replacing his slab. However, if **************** would like to contact us, we can provide him a contractor that can replace that portion of the slab for a much more reasonable price.$4,100 to replace the damage in a 10x10 section seem very high.
