I purchased a hot tub from this company back in November. The installer caused the top to be punctured and I was told that it would be covered under warranty. I have made numerous phone calls (probably around 50), emails and texts with no valid response. There is always an excuse and promises of a phone call to be returned and nothing so far.Business response

I text the customer to address the communication concerns and it was made clear the complaint was exagerated. Regardless we still wanted to take care of issue and did.
We replaced the customers entire cover, even though only the skin was warrantied. Hopefully the case should be closed and deleted as much of what was written was not factual. We apologize it took so long to allieviate customers concerns but it was roughly in the time frame given when the issues first occured (we anticipated 6 months and it took 7)
