      On Saturday March 2, 2024 i purchased used appliances, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher from ****** Appliances. I was shown a picture of the refrigerator that was not in the store but in at a different location and was told that what I would be receiving would be of the same caliber, I was shown the stove and dishwasher in person. I purchased the items in store and was told if I pay an additional $90 they delivery crew would also install the appliances. Upon delivery I was told that they do not install appliances, and the refrigerator had a name scratched in the door. I immediately called the store and was told that the store did not have another refrigerator nor would k receive a discount. The dishwasher has a shortage and would not turn on, I requested that the items be picked up and that I receive a full refund as discussed in the return policy. I was well within the return policy time. The customer service agent ********, very rudely told me that I was responsible for the damaged products and I that i would not get a refund without owner approval. I would simply like to return the damaged appliances and receive a full refund per the return policy.

      Sent from my iPhone ******** letting you know all has been satisfied with ****** appliance, they refunded my money and repair the dishwasher. Thank you for your quick response

      Date: Nov 23, 2021 Hired ****** Appliance's ******* center to fix a dryer problem.Technician arrived, and moved both the dryer and washer in order to get to the area he needed to fix.Technician left saying job was completed.That evening, 6:00 pm Nov 23, we ran the washing machine.The technician never reconnected the washing machine hose to the area where the water would flow through the plumbing lines.Shortly after beginning the first rinse cycle, water began pouring through our kitchen ceiling from the laundry room. Water continued to stream through our kitchen walls (where plumbing for the washer is located), and down into our basement.Nov 24:We tried contacting the owners to get their Insurance carrier, in order to submit a claim against ******.We made 5 attempts. The owner never returned our calls or supplied the insurance carrier.We met with ****** Appliance's technician (a new one) who came by to see the damage and take our pictures. We forwarded our pictures taken during the actual event (night before), and our videos.As of 1:30 pm on Nov 24, after being promised by his employee ******** that we would hear from the owners, we have NOT heard from them.

      We responded to this customer's concern through a physical visit to their home as well as contacting them via telephone.  We also had our insurance agent contact them that same day.  Once we were informed of the concerns, it took several hours to accumulate and assess information regarding this matter.  Our insurance company is now handling this matter.
